At the beginning of this session, a buried memory of a childhood glimmer of hope amidst narcicisstic suppression returned to me. Around 15:10 i suddenly felt like crying. 🪽 you're amazing. I definitely feel this fire in my belly and I haven’t been able to understand or get any relief until you verbalized that feeling and what just adds gas to that fire makes so much sense to me .
