Summer Switchel (Haymaker's Punch)

With the hot and sticky weather coming up.
I figured we needed something crisp,zingy, and refreshing!
You will need:
3/4 to 1 Teaspoon ginger powder
1 Tablespoon molasses
2 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 Tablespoons lemon juice(optional)
4 Cups of hot(not boiling)water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in hot water and serve chilled or over ice.
