Wow, I'm glad he's okay. That is so unfortunate that someone did that without you knowing.
SO, SO TRUE...'disregarded' - call it 'Species'ism'.
I'm so excited today I bought all the stuff for my new mice that I'm getting tomorrow!
This is the earliest I’ve ever been I love ur channel
Same
My rat pin just arrived and I love it
WHY WOULD SOMEONE SEND A LIVE ANIMAL😤
Yeah it’s not good how she didn’t know about it, but if you mean shipping live animals that’s completely fine depending on what the animal is
Me: sees title
Me: wat 😐
This was a wonderful surprise 💗
Omggg I’m soo glad you popped up in my recommended!!! You seem like an amazing person with a great personality🥺🥺
Thank you so much lady for the 8 months of caring for my pet rat, her name was oatmeal and she recently died this morning, but I will be getting a new one later, but the good thing is I get to watch your rat videos
1 rat your meant to have 2
@@dukeandsonny I had 1 but 1 but getting 2this time
@@GothghanistanGrave good
Welcome Slushie! xx
I can't wait when he grows up 💛
Poor snail u will be loved by all
I like how she was very casual about how her mail was opened. I’d be lived. It’s illegal to mess with people’s mail. It’s a felony
I mean I am thankful that it was not something like a hamster! But wow! He is super cute!
You are so sweet about it
I have always wanted a snail! They are just so cute 🥰
Oh my gosh! Poor baby
never rely on a busy post office to potentially notify you of your mail!! so nice you get an automated message even!
The gifter is so kind! The post should have made sure to hurry a live animal along! My goodness!
Glad it's safe!
It’s not kind to give a stranger a pet they didn’t ask for!
Holy moly that’s a huge snail!!!!!!!
That is so sad:( And I love the name slushie!
Emiology, I love your videos!!
That’s my public PO Box address that is available to everyone
Tips for owning snails!
They need some where to hide (nothing hard)
They need friends as they are social
The substrate needs to be deep enough so they can burrow
They need protein (jade's jungle has an amazing video on GAL diets)
Hope this helps, good luck with the snail!
Hehe thanks for the mention!
100% this! GALS like this need specific temperatures so it's ESSENTIAL to know what species your baby is. This snail is also way too small to be shipped, let alone in this way
@@baltobud8 ikr!!! Who ever shipped this poor little guy is so irresponsible! I love snails with all my Hart and to see a snail being shipped out like a toy is horrible 😢
Yes!! I love that you randomly put the thing about the orb in. I 100% write that on every YT video that I see that has it happen and no one ever likes it or comments on it 🤣
This just came up in my recommended and I watched all the way through! I’m also a pet youtuber with a hamster and two guinea pigs. I love your energy and you seem so kind! Definitely subscribed to you ❤️
I really thought this title was clickbait. I cannot believe someone actually did that.
Omg that’s crazy! I’ve got a garden snail at the moment!
Snails are so cute!
shes really pretty and kind
We had hermit crabs in almost the exact same habitat. What we did is put a damp towel over the top under the lid. This is in addition to spraying the inside. We tried plastic wrap but because it's plastic it doesn't retain the moisture. Just be sure to change the towels every few days to avoid mildew.
My goodness, I love snails too, so this would have been a huge surprised, HOWEVER I wouldn't want someone to drop any animal on me without my consent! I have so many pets as it is!!
If you haven't named them yet...why not Thurston....Winston.....Something like that? XDDD
Ok but he is so cute!!!!!!! I wonder what type of crazy person would send live animals in a P.O box
The thing hes in at the moment is perfect for his size! If you put him in anything larger he will expend his energy on moving instead of growing :) he does look a little runty due to his very rounded shell, hopefully hell grow nice a big if hes getting 40% protien tho! You were VERY nice in this video I would have been fuming aha! Enjoy your new lil guy tho!
SNAIL AWWW I love snails!!
oml I am so happy to see that hes ok after all this!
These guys can go into hibernation and survive for months. Not many live animals are suitable for mailing by snail mail but snails are more suitable than others. I used to have them and they arrived by snail mail, although I was expecting those packages. I wouldn't ship them during winter in cold climates though.
Slushees so cute now I want one
Wow! Hes so cute!
What a surprise! Can’t believe someone would send you a live animal just randomly like that. That’s nuts. I’m someone who’s looking into getting snails but I’m still researching the species a bit before I actually get one. Might start with a native species so I can just release it back into the wild if it’s not for me. Specifically a bioactive setup sounds really sweet to me and a great addition to my animal family, but, again, still researching to see how manageable it is for me right now.
A snail !
Is that a Archachatina marginata!? Suprised it's still alive after so many weeks in the mail
Yep!
Can you do some snail care videos? I have also really wanting to get a snail but I don't know much about it.
They probably thought it was pot being sent
Poor snail being stuck in there for so long 😭😭. He's so cute 🐌🐌
6:38 did anyone else notice the repeated clip 😅
I did lol
He is so cute 🤗
you’re the sweetest human being ever!
I wish they weren’t Illegal in my area 🥺 theyre so interesting
Lucky was such an accurate name for the snail 🤣
I do that too where I pick names for pets I may have one day! Thought it was just me 😂
