Unfortunately, only one person on board had brought the parachute, whom CJ made his friends kill him. Then CJ parachuted away.

Some suggestions for the final part: Vertical Bird: If you fly low onto the streets of San Fierro, the Hydras will eventually crash into the buildings. For the spy ships, if they had people you can climb onto them & make the spies kill themselves. Home Coming: Take back Grove Street first then recruit some homies to help take out the crack dealers. Beat Down on B Dup: Seven homies can help you do the job. Grove 4 Life: Same as Beat Down on B Dup. Cut Throat Business: Just avoid the pedestrians & you're a winner. Riot: Same as Cut Throat Business. Los Desperados: See if you can manage to successfully lead 7 homies to Unity Station. End of the Line: Here's the hard part. You need Maximum health & armor to run straight towards Smoke (Finish the Paramedic & Vigilante side missions first) & a minigun to finish him. You also need to become fireproof for the escape part. The car chase part however, most cops can be ignored.

Am I the only one who feel like the enemies in Sweet's Girl and You've Had Your Chips have very high accuracy? I swear they could hit you with pistol from as far as the game can render them.
Try ride a motorcycle, say pcj-600 or nrg-500, or police bike. For some reason ai accuracy is set to 100% when you ride car at some mission, like Sweet Girl or Green Goo for example. Riding motorcycle prevent the change of ai accuracy. On You've had Your Chips mission, just watch out on certain enemies carrying combat shotgun upside the crate outside building, although I'm not sure on accuracy change on you've had your chips mission.
Yes, it's actually a bug. When you are on a car the enemy accuracy is higher to make the game a bit more challenging. However for some reason, some missions forget resetting the accuracy when CJ leaves his car so the enemies stay with the 'advanced' accuracy setting, because the game thinks that CJ is still in a car. If you ride a bike however, the accuracy is set to normal.

That trick to skip missions, is it a one time thing or can it be performed every time CJ gets a phone call? It would trivialize the challenge but maybe you could skip the kills from previous missions.
you can dupe (almost) every missions in this game, what happens after the dupe is a different story though, some dupes may cause the game to crash or remove icons, or something else
Couple of improvements you could've done there: - in High Noon you could've stolen Pulaski's Buffalo right away, by quickly running to it and kinda changing the direction using CJ's body, drown it in nearby water, getting his attention and making him drown, without going through the whole map while chasing him :) - also in A Home in the Hills you could've do some sliding, but I see a reason why you didn't do it though
