- This video showcases the installation of our Dirt King long travel suspension on a 2018 Toyota Tundra. The front suspension upgrades include our Dirt King long travel kit, Spec King 2.5" Coilovers, & Spec King 3.0" bypasses resulting in 14.5" of suspension travel. The rear suspension upgrades include our Dirt King spring under kit, prefab bed cage, Deaver I96 leaf springs, & King 3.0" bypasses resulting in 16" of suspension travel. The truck also received 37” Toyo M/T tires paired with Method 315's in satin black.

What are the Suspension travel numbers front and rear on this build?
Our front 4x4 long travel kit pulls 14.5" of travel with our long travel axle assemblies and our long travel spring under kit pulls 16" of travel.
I want this look but not the long travel or anything suspension cause I dont do offloading. Can it be done?
You can get a similar look but you can't install flared fenders without long travel suspension for it to look right. You can increase the rear tack width with 1.5" to 2" wheel spacers but you can't install that wide of wheel spacers on the front without having issues. It would cause premature tire wear, wear on the hubs, and cause contact with the tire and firewall sooner than if no wheel spacers were installed.

Hey there, new to this world. I’ll have my truck soon and I was curious how much travel I can have without changing my fenders? I saw your long travel kit would a “mid travel” maybe 10” be okay without changing the fenders?
With the long travel kit seen here fiberglass fenders are required. You can do a mid travel kit with all the same options, keeping it stock width and allowing you to use stock fenders. As a complete package you could run our tubular or boxed UCAs, Performance LCAs, 2.5 coilovers, 2.5 bypass along with all of our reinforcement products and that would yield 9-10" of travel. @@bz9138 no that's for all the products, installation, paint, and linex. There are more affordable options but a similar build to what's shown in this video would be in that range.

Stupid cool setup for a daily
For a front bump like this one do I need to take my truck to you guys or do you have any already made.
This bumper is custom built and would need to be fabricated off of your vehicle. We have production bumpers for other models that can ship out but unfortunately not for this model.
What was the body kit you put on this

Unfortunately, we haven't tested any product on that vehicle so we can't confirm fitment.

How do you get the fuel pipe to mate up in the fiberglass bedsides?
We will either cut and extend the filler neck or run a longer hose. I'm not sure what method we did on this truck. Here's a link to where we purchase filler neck parts. www.fillernecksupply.com/
Would adding a traction bar be a stupid idea on long travel setup?
The geometry of the long travel leaf springs will bind with traction bars.

Do u guys have a dual rate kit setup that can get 16" up front?
No the limitations are the CVs at full droop and tire contact with the core support at full bump. More up travel could be achieved by replacing the factory core support with an engine cage and make custom shock mounting for an 8" coilover.

Depending on the brand of soft topper, yes most companies will be compatible with the fiberglass bedsides
