Cleanliness was always important, and as a little girl, i would with her to the sping and get water, she would bathe me there, when we got home she shave some chocolate of a roll, and make hot chocolate for me. She made her own chocolate, as she had cocoa trees in her yard, in fact everything we ate and drink came from her garden. That was so long ago, but you have brought back some very happy memories for me. Thank you.

Assamese people use herbs mostly..in their food.. there are some limitation in our food..our foods contains natural medicine.Everypeople cannot afford Assamese lifestyle..

Btw, jute is used to make various types of bags, gunny bags, some fabric for clothing etc. And it is little coarse. But the leaves are very tasty when Fried like Fritters by using a batter of rice powder etc.
