Hey Will! I do strongwoman. Do you think it's okay to remove back squats (ssb, etc) completely and replace them with front loaded squats or will this hinder me? I do good mornings on a regular basis, if that helps. Thank you for your content!
What's your thoughts on what kind of jump/plyo exercises would best help boxing & wrestling? In practice, the goal would be to maximize "jumping" (swiftly hopping) into distance to swiftly punch (then get out), or to drive in to take down opponent (in either case with one of the leg/foot forward).
