Forward and reverse motor control complete wiring for three phase motor

- This video shows a complete, easy to follow tutorial on how to wire a "FORWARD AND REVERSE MOTOR STARTER", from beginning to end.
One important thing to note when wiring forward and reverse motor control is to ensure a means of interlocking the two contactors, so that both contactors will not close at the same time. this is important because, the reversal is achieved by interchanging two lines at the out put of the contactor and if both contactors close at the same time, there will be a short circuit between the reversed lines.
There are two ways of providing the interlock: Mechanical and Electrical.
In this video, Electrical interlock is used.

As I saw on other videos, shouldn't the wire from the output of start button connected to normally open and then the output to the N.C because it is connected to the output wire of the start push button? Why N.O. to A1?

Pls sir! without the inter locking, what will happen to the motor and a video of that one.
Yeah, without it, There could be a clash of phases when you mistakenly press the reverse push button when the forward control is in operation .
