I lived in Villa Joyosa For 5 yrs after retirement from the pub trade in England one of the reasons we chose Villa was because it was a typical Spanish town unlike many places that the Brits choose to live unfortunately life never pans out the way you want it so I’m back in Blighty watching your video brought so many happy memories take care be safe 😊

Your dogs are so well behaved. I’m not sure how my boys will cope with dogs wondering around off the lead. I guess we will find that out soon. Great report thank you.
Out in the sea it is a floating fish farm, mainly sea bream apparently. You did have the right answer. By the way 10 out of 10 for killing 2 portions of churros. We just managed the one and were stuffed, so much respect.
Glad you enjoyed your visit so you know the fishermen painted there houses same colour as their boats so when at sea they could pick out their home and their families could spot the boat! Turos freeze really well. Take out of the freezer and into an oven. They become crispy again. Yummy. Hot chocolate is similar throughout Spain. Most cafés in Spain sell Turos with thick chocolate drink. You can buy the drinking chocolate in powdered form at the supermarket. Careful though, extremely fattening!! LOL Glad you are enjoying yourselves. Love to doggies from Bo and Blue. Xx 😘

We saw you had an issue with a broken spring on your main door. Last night we finally got around to joining the Dethleffs Owners Club and on the home page it said they would post you out a free door spring if your’s was broken! Membership only costs £15.00 for the year and we thought this was a cheap way of getting yourself a new spring. We’ve really enjoyed watching your travels around Spain.
My experience of Nestle in Switzerland was at the end of the tour you feel you could never eat chocolate again! They then say you have 2 minutes to try as many as you would like 😂 Thankfully we were given paper carry bags full of a variety of sweet chocolate. I was 14 at the time on a school trip. Need a guided tour now daily to avoid wanting chocolate.🤣
The chocolate dip was lovely, and very strong , that really satisfied our craving, so walking in to pay the bill didn’t sidetrack me past the choccy shop … but today is a slightly different feeling 😂❤️🍫🍫 I bet the paper bag was useful once empty 😬

Dogs in Spain were not nearly so common as in the UK, although there are more now. Many people, especially in town and cities are just not used to them in the same way as people in the UK are. Growing up, parents always told us to fear dogs, rabies, although not common was (and still is, albiet to a lesser extent) a real thing. My other half is feeling deprived, we have been to Villajoyoso lots but I’ve never been interested in visiting Valor!!! Don’t think I’ll get away with it again after he’s seen this….
Think we get the message that Benidorm isn’t for you. We have stayed at Villasol and had a great time. We love the old town but not the strip. I think everyone’s experience depends on the campsite they stay on. We really like Villasol, although wouldn’t be good for you as they don’t take dogs. Lots of lovely places to stay in Spain and our favourite is Calafell. Enjoy your travels.

Best!
I meant to say 1 dog for every 5 humans, my bad.
Hi to you both. I am not at all jealous of your time in Spain 🤬, but just wanted to know if you are still working off a budget and if so can you publish it. Very much appreciate your blogs although I forget to give you a thumbs up 👍 sorry
Hi Peadar , thanks for the lovely comments ❤️ we will of course do a summary with expenditure at the end of the trip 🙂

@1949horseman good morning ! 🙂 and thank you , that’s a great tip 👍👍 much appreciated 🙂
Do you trim your own dogs or take them for trimming
Hi as we mentioned in the vlog , we take them to a local groomer back home , I think I would end up with baldy dogs if I did it myself 😂
glad you got there...If you say benidorm is Great Yarmouth then Viilajosa is Southwold...we loved that Valor choc and churros when we got there
Morning Alison ! ❤️ Benidorm is an experience 😬 but really enjoying this place , the calling of the churros is big 🥰😂😂🇪🇸
More idyllic and relaxing out of town
Hi Sally 🥰 it was perfect xx ❤️
Get the kettle on for reddens!
Cup of tea, splash of milk 😂
If you have time with your schedule you need to go to anemone proper spain most amazing place I think I spelt it correctly
Thanks John ❤️ will take a look , much appreciated 🙂

We’ve dunked our toes and that was enough ! It’s a bit cold for us softies 😂😂🐩🐩🥰🥰
Santa pola is a lovely place if you get that far
❤️Thankyou for the recommendation, we are unfortunately beginning our return journey North , but maybe one day 🥰x
You’ll need to walk back to Wales to burn those calories off 😂😂
😂😂🏴🏴you aren’t kidding , mind you I’d be walking through France 🇫🇷, hmm 🥐🥖🥨🥯 😂
Once again a no nonsense review of a town, no flowering things up, no drama, simply the best and most honest trip reviewers on You Tube. The info that you guys provide has been such a benefit to people like me, my new Knaus van will be ready for pick up on March 2nd and it's thanks to you guys that have a far better idea of where to go and where to avoid.....priceless information.
Aww thanks Kevin, really appreciate your kind words 🙂🥰 only a few weeks until you get on the road !! Exciting times ahead ❤️❤️ so glad to have you on board 🙂🇪🇸🌞
I never eat churros without chocolate 😂It's like a blasfemia 😝
Oh yes, they need dipping x
This is why we stay in Villajoysa for our 84 days we have been coming for five years only visit Benidorm once or twice enjoy x
It’s a lovely place isn’t it ! And all those cats 🥰❤️🐈🐈⬛😻xx
Make a spring its easy
I did consider that, luckily the owners club sent me one for free 🙂 thanks for watching 🙂
My other half is feeling deprived, we have been to Villajoyoso lots but I’ve never been interested in visiting Valor!!! Don’t think I’ll get away with it again after he’s seen this….
Sorry Claire 😂 can’t apologise for that one 😂❤️
OMG what a stunning place - quite a contrast to B××××××m!
Hi Hazel, it’s beautiful, so much scenery and history, just our scene ❤️🥰
yes its a nice place redders stop playing with cats your doggies might think you want 1 lol
🤣I’d love a cat , but not practical for our travels 👌🐾🐾🐾
Think we get the message that Benidorm isn’t for you. We have stayed at Villasol and had a great time. We love the old town but not the strip. I think everyone’s experience depends on the campsite they stay on. We really like Villasol, although wouldn’t be good for you as they don’t take dogs. Lots of lovely places to stay in Spain and our favourite is Calafell. Enjoy your travels.
🙂🇪🇸🌞thanks for watching and commenting 🥰 much appreciated, we’ve moved on and are finding some lovely little stops , will look up calafell 🙂
El Campello simply the best place on the costa Blanca
It really is lovely here , we will be having a good look around tomorrow 🇪🇸🌞❤️
You will love it ! And the tram is under 1.5 Euro not Alicante
Into Alicante
Thankyou for the info 👌🇪🇸
That’s a bargain 🙂
