Thanks beautiful 🙏🏻 I agree that samples & even sample mini sizes are never enough to actually know if you can tolerate a product (you can only test the texture & smell) .. that’s why I prefer to watch your videos & only buy the products you love (although it’s not gauranteed to work for me )
So far my favorite is the timeless as I haven’t opened my skinceuticals until I’m done w timeless…

I had the same reaction to the FAB using the product for five weeks. My skin also became quite dry too. I’ve used Vitamin C serums from Biosance and DE and never had break out issues. DE I had redness, but no break outs.

I noticed more breakouts and dryness when I used this as well. I also didnt love the texture sometimes it came out oily sometimes it spread nice but dried too fast. I ended up exchanging for the REN Vitamin C serum
There are a lot of ingredients can't be mixed with vitamin c. You can't use AHA / BHA together with vitamin C. You have to store it away from the sun. And you have to wear sunscreen if you wear vitamin c in the morning or else it would damage your face instead. I haven't tried this product but looking at the ingredients, they look promising. Squalane is a great ingredient for dry skin. But it might give you too much moisture if you have an oily / combination skin (which is why you got those bumps). So sad it didn't work for you! And for a lot of comments here saying First Aid Beauty didn't work. First Aid Beauty is really good for dry skin peeps. I love their cleanser, their ultra repair cream, their toner, and their AHA pads. But thank you for your review! That's a bummer it didn't work for your skin.
50 USD for 50ml equals $30 dollars for the same size most other brands offer. i think it's great value. there are very few EAA serums on the marker, and most are very expensive.

I’m just starting the Sunday Riley CEO Glow THD vitamin C serum. It’s pricey but I’m interested to compare its effects to Timeless which I’ve loved this past spring and summer.
Timeless is honestly one of the best vitamin c's I have ever used😉
I’m using this one right now. It’s very moisturizing, I don’t even need to put moisturizer after the serum because of the oat in the ingredients. But I don’t see any changes to my skin, I’ve been using it for 3 weeks so ima keep using it until it makes a difference.

As far as dispensing goes directions say to turn it to a 45 degree angle,I learned my lesson first time pumped.
I have really dry and sensitive skin. Spending a lot of time on my laptop and experiencing sleepless nights due to work often give me under eye dark circles and dark spots from way much sunlight. My skin is easily effected by the sun since it's so delicate. It's difficult for me to find the correct skincare stuff. A friend recommended liiitlextra rice berry face serum and sunscreen to me. I decided to give them a try, and they really impressed me. I never know how they would work, but actually they did wonders for my skin. I'm amazed at how my face shines now and how smooth my skin tone is. They have Vitamin C, Niacinamide, and Black rice water, which helped reduce my dark spots, fix my skin tone, and guard it from aging and sun damage. It also keeps my skin moisturized and calm.
It's important to note: if you want good skin, it's essential to moisturize it regularly.
Have the skinceuticals silymarin serum given you this reaction? I’m acne prone but also on Tretinoin so I’m sensitive. Mostly clear skin but hormonal breakouts. Which vitamin c would you recommend? Eyeing the silymarin…

Try SKIN DEVA vitamin C 20% + Ferulic acid +E+ Sodium Hyluronate, Pathenol, & oil free..it feels moisturizing. .I have hypersensitive sensitive skin it doesnt irritate at all! Very affordable & fresh! very fresh. Just keep it in the fridge & make sure the top is closed tightly. Dont worry about it oxidizing I have had no problem.🙏🤲👋👍⚘😊 They also have a awesome argan oil. And it is authentic you can tell by the color & scent and is very nice to seal your products ! I use it after I apply this vitamin C and their Coenzyme Q10 ( I do believe waiting in between the serums I apply)I fill up my syringe with product then I apply on the facial skin, neck, decolletage, and chest. If I need a bit more I use more.
By the way do your homework regards if you are a good candidate for vitamin C ..I DONT SEE WHY NOT BUT I HAVE HEARD PEOPLE WITH ACNE SHOULDN'T USE VITAMIN C. READ ABOUT IT.. I think you said you are clear now. Yes.

Also fyi I spoke with the founder of Skin Deva he recommends using the vitamin C at bedtime if your skin is sensitive. You can test it if you want to use it in the day time. Just thought I mentioned this.
I love the Silymarin and tolerated well to it. I get hormonal breakouts as well and sometimes blackheads so I found that serum worked well on my combination skin as it contains Salicylic Acid. I would try it if you have had your eye on it. It's quite nice and I also didn't experience any irritation.

Exactly ehat happened with my skin but at two weeks. It doesn’t matter how good the packaging is its a total fail I will go back to timeless and maelove for winter

i was planning to get this. But, i am afraid to get it. i do have a sensitive skin but at the same time i haven't seen any reaction from other brand's vitamin c. this brand does claim for sensitive skin. but i guess it is not about sensitivity, it is more reaction

I have tried the Ordinary powdered Vitamin C but I didn't like it. There can be a lot of room for error (applying too much) and I also found it stayed gritty so I had a white residue on my face. It's not for me!
I get this reaction any time I use anything with Squalane so I just avoid. I’ve sorta abandoned First Aid Beauty cuz their products don’t seem to work for me anymore. 😢

I don't believe I have ever had issues with Squalane in the past from what I can remember but maybe my skin is starting to change with this ingredient or perhaps it's something else in the formulation. It's a mystery lol!
do you think maybe u got that reaction since u already used to have redness before and this enhanced it and u broke out?it may have been a personal issue perhaps

What people smell is Ferulic acid.. "hot dog"-scent. Not Vitamin C.
Apparently it’s the L-Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin E and Ferulic Acid paired together is what is giving off that scent from what I have heard.
L-ascorbic acid hasn't agreed with my skin.
It can be very irritating for some skin types.
