I always use enchanted talisman when facing tanky enemies cause, it’s hell with them, also the umbrella’s CD with all the items is only 2 second, which is good for poking

Try using fleeting time, the bug on it has been fixed in the latest patch. The 30% cooldown now affects both ultimate at the same time♥️.
Fleeting doesn’t allow him to spam with enough mana.

Why is the magic book more powerful than a genius staff?
I use glowing wand on kagura specially when I'm facing a tanky set of enemies line up, since glowing wand's damage is hp base that's why it's good to use specially when you do the pbb combo on kag

@@johnphilipteguihanon8293 kagura is a combo type mage so in terms of cancelling a tank we must harass them so yeah harass item is still better than burst items
