When I play Kagu, I always randomly meet shitty teammates, It's like my luck is set up this way.
I think she depends on her friends quite a bit.
she does, shes cant really carry with noob teammates even if you play insanely well
you need at least one good mm, tank or jg to make sth out or have really bad enemy

Binibili lang po ang roaming item after ng first 8mins ng laro para sa extra exp at gold na nakukuha sa mga assists. At hindi po naa-unlock ang effects nito.

Magic boots (magic penetration)
Talisman (Mana and CDR)
Lightning Truncheon (Damage)
Fleeting time (CDR for ult)
Divine glade (Damage and Magic penetration
Blood wings (Damage)
For me this is my main build, Works best against Squishy heroes in Early and mid game, and can counter tankier heroes in late game

Blood wings doesn't even provide much damage all it gives is 90 magic power and a shield with mov speed
Better buy holy cystal instead of wings I can give almost 300 magic power alone
And fleeting time as third forth item? Ur DMG will be so low as lighting truncheon DMG scales with magic power which means in early game it only provides very low DMG
Better try this build:
Magic shoes (for cooldown reduction)
Enchanted tailman
Genius wand
Lightning truncheon
Divine glavive (change it if enemy doesn't have much magic defence buy something like holy crystal first If u r ahead at gold or blood wings to protect usself)
Lasly buy holy cystal

And I think Blood wings actually adds Some magic damage when you have the shield
