Truth be known, I have LOVELY yarn in great quantities...I have clearly passed the "no buy zone" when it comes to fantastic and/or exotic yarn as I clearly have enough for the rest of my life. However, having said that, I am buying acrylic yarns for gift making because not everyone knows how to or even wants to take care of the exotics. Machine wash, tumble dry is what I look for in a reasonably soft acrylic and of course, at a great price. So, if I could rub the oil lamp and make a wish, it would be to have every single acrylic yarn in every single color for adult and children's blankets, lol.

I have an eclectic collection of yarns from Dollar Tree yarns to Noro and hand dyed hanks of various fibers. I must admit to loving some boujee yarns. Lately, I’ve been making some felted totes so I’ve been collecting some 100% wool (not super wash - the toothy variety) as those are the only types that “felt” properly. I love making these ginormous bags and then throwing them in the wash to shrink about one third the original size. Great to store large blanket projects in or to just store yarn. I love all your makes and the colors you put together are gorgeous! Love your work - so talented, G-fren! Loved seeing the chameleon - he is cute! I would love to try some really expensive qivet (so?) just to see what all the hypes about. Oooo, some angora and cashmere would be nice too!

Your Fern color is just what I was looking for a few months ago. I needed a sagey color and bought 2 different ones online that looked it on my computer screen but were really gray when I got them. Then I found one named sage and bought it. Just started using it and it is almost more minty color when next to the terracotta I have it with. but it is a Feels Like Butta yarn and is so soft. I think that is the second time I have used this kind and I really like it. Love your new pet. He seemed quite content on camera.

HiYa Christa!! Fun Vlog!! I use to use Bernat Satin Yarn almost exclusively!! Back in the old days there was not a lot of variety & I loved the feel of it. I still love it but it is very hard to find at a reasonable price, back in the day it was usually on sale, 3 for $2 & the skeins were much bigger! My dream yarn is ICE Yarns Picasso!!! I'd be happy if that was the only yarn I used the rest of my life! I love the colors, the feel and it almost crochets itself!!!
It's hard to narrow down a favorite brand of yarn. I a complete line of any and all shade of teal would be awesome. Herrshners has a graduated teal that is nice.
I’m a frugal yarn shopper, and the best ones I have used is Caron Simply Soft, but I think Scheepjes would be nice to try and I love the feel of bamboo yarns.

I bought about $300 US dollars worth when it went on clearance. I am in New Jersey . Simply soft by Caron is also a winner. I use it all the time. I make hats for charity using Caron and a dk yarn together and it works up nicely. Happy rainy season!

I find that Caron Simply Soft is a thinner 4 as well so it might work with your Bernat and Softly Baby yarns. I love the colour of the Bernat yarn too ❤️

I still love it but it is very hard to find at a reasonable price, back in the day it was usually on sale, 3 for $2 & the skeins were much bigger! My dream yarn is ICE Yarns Picasso!!! I'd be happy if that was the only yarn I used the rest of my life! I love the colors, the feel and it almost crochets itself!!!

It's hard to narrow down a favorite brand of yarn. I a complete line of any and all shade of teal would be awesome. Herrshners has a graduated teal that is nice.
Mine would have to be Joann’s Big twist acrylic line. They’ve got all sorts of fun colors and they’re so soft!

I’m a frugal yarn shopper, and the best ones I have used is Caron Simply Soft, but I think Scheepjes would be nice to try and I love the feel of bamboo yarns.

Very nice work. Need to see more of you. Love Amazon. I will continue to look for your videos. My very favorite yarn is Lion brand Divagation. It is a roving style, but recently discontinued . I bought about $300 US dollars worth when it went on clearance. I am in New Jersey . Simply soft by Caron is also a winner. I use it all the time. I make hats for charity using Caron and a dk yarn together and it works up nicely. Happy rainy season!

I find that Caron Simply Soft is a thinner 4 as well so it might work with your Bernat and Softly Baby yarns. I love the colour of the Bernat yarn too ❤️
