Everyone knows that she was the cause of conflict for suppressing Sadness, but she learns that Sadness is needed for Riley to be happy
yes, joy is not a villain, I only saw useless sadness
Good video keep it up
Thanks!
Anyone who watched Korean Comic video on Inside Out would've known, but I thought she was a hero who made horrible mistakes.
that's right!
No duh
She was acting like a control freak and acted like a lot optimistic people I met: the minute you feel sad/upset about something, is the same you're "broken" to the optimist's point of view
It didn't matter if Joy "meant to" or not,the end result of her actions were antagonistic. Joy was a bully for so much of the movie
Yes, she wouldn't actually be a villain, she was just being falsely happy
Anybody who watches this movie and calls either Joy or Anger the villain, they clearly did not watch the movie.
First of all, Joy has made some antagonistic behaviors, but they weren't ill-intended. She just truly believed what she was doing was to make Riley happy, before going on a journey with Sadness and learning the significance that she has in Riley's life.
As for Anger, he also made some questionable decisions throughout the movie, and sure he had that horrible idea of Riley running away to make more happy core memories. But keep in mind, he's an emotion, and he was doing what he believed would make Riley happy like Joy was. Overtime, he regretted his idea and tried the best he could alongside Fear and Disgust to save Riley before Joy and Sadness re-arrived.
As I mentioned, she wouldn't be a villain, she was just doing what she thought was right
