For a modelled chamfer you should also use the chamfer toolpath, just select the upper edge of the modelled chamger and keep chamfer width at 0. Works perfectly.
Great video, thanks. So annoying that the same tool shape is not allowed to work, yet 4 options of the same tool to work through till you get one that’s allowed. Is this not something that Fusion can simplify? Fusion not letting us use certain things is so frustrating, yet we know the physical tool and tool path will work in real life.

Your not wrong. Its very frustratining and here this alot. Why do you need to remember work around for such simple things.
