Mike , Awesome video !! wish i could of been there with you Bob Green has a very nice collection of trucks ,love that he did frame off restorations on them. Great work by Coastal .
Mike, in the early 70s I delivered in the metro NY area and would deliver to the Balintine brewery on Raymond Blvd in Newark and the yard truck was an AC Mack!!!!!😎P S Bob does it right restore it the way it was when they were in service
Another great video of old trucks and the history of the company that owns them i really enjoy these kinds of videos that you come up with its very interesting to watch because i don't know a thing about that part of the country
My father told me short stories about driving chain drive Sterlings and Mack dump trucks and how prone they were on doing "wheel stands when he would be dumping large jetty boulders circa 1925 -1930) Oh,,and Timken worm gear rearend,? Now I have an idea what he drove with these great chain drive examples in video,,thanks Mike
They have a great collection. Our former APA Mack CH must have came from the same auction. We also have a Pelican sweeper, unfortunately its down and out.
Mister Loam ,that snow melter portion is awesome THANSK BTW your video would do well in elementary schools for children to learn history . I BELIEVE YOU CAN'T MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING WHERE YOU CAME FROM IE STEERING BY ARMSTRONG CALL ME POPEYE LMBO HAVE A GREAT DAY.
What is a value one of these trucks might bring at a private or public sale? I can’t imagine the investment of time and money to bring them back to the present condition- just beautiful!!!!
something wrong with that 1977 Mack it has an interior of an 87 and up, the interior in 77 they were beige, and in 1984 beige, and then you had the deluxe which was black the same as the Superliner, superliner interior was black from 1977 but none the less a very nice piece of equipment
@@TheBostonTrucker my dad knows of BOB G . I went back to video as I viewed it on a cell . Those words on screen may not have shown thru b u t if you listen to audio in garage ? It is waivering / muddy sounding . Dad is watching the vid now Xtra views nice .....peace and Grease brae

Back then low bed didn't have hydraulic goose neck winch was used to lower and lift gooseneck on low bed
I would love to know who did the lettering
I think Bob mentioned it.
Mike, you've never heard of a winch tractor before??
I've seen them but never really caught my attention until now.
