I've noticed that my videos aren't imrpvoing anymore. That's why I decided to put everything I have into the next video. Over 50 hours later, this is the final product. Was the topdown animation helpful and should I use it more often when explaining shots or cue ball physics?

Go back and watch one of your earlier vids. Maybe not improving as drastically as it was but look at how far you've come. You make some of the best pool videos in the world. I'd say you're doing pretty good. Wouldn't efficiency start to come with the wisdom.

I found the top-down animation helpful, for sure. Among other things, it can sometimes be difficult to see the angles from a camera view.
As someone who is a beginner as of a few months ago, two videos I would *love* to see are:
      1) A full explanation of how spin effects the path of the cue ball after impacting the object ball at different speeds and different angles. I know a full explanation would be over an hour long, and I know you've done some videos about this already, but a "here's everything to know about it" video would be awesome, or maybe break it into parts, and provide a link to the next part. You could put some of your already-completed videos in the series, or re-edit them to include overhead animations.
      2) A full explanation of how the cue ball will come off the rail after impacting an object ball at different angles and speeds with a center ball hit. I know that the impact at an angle causes the cue ball to spin, but puzzling out exactly how that works is a hard task for us beginners.
      3) A full explanation of how spin effects "2)" (or combine 2 & 3).
For all of the above, if you had the overhead animation after each demonstration, that would be awesome.
      Keep up the good work!

All the animations and the effort you put is great. I like the overlays and how creative you are. Hope you keep improving your content. I'm also a designer and all I can say is that your videos are the best out of all videos of pool out there

Disagree. Your videos started out very good and have become great. Just the right amount of flash and flair with regard to graphics. Any more and it looks like you're trying too hard. Just keep doing what you're doing and improvement will organically happen.

You have created a best video to date, now again you will have the thought "how do I make it better".We love your content and you do not need to spend extreme amounts of editing time on all of them.

I have been playing pool for many many years... I'm not a " natural " lefty . However my brother taught me to play as kids and if course he is left handed while I am right handed.. I've tried to shoot with my right hand without success. I'm telling you this as I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my shooting. I have been under the impression that when using English you should hit the cue ball on the opposite side from where you want the object ball to go... I also want to say this far you have the absolute best teaching videos and thank you for taking the time to post them.

Hi Sharivari, so great video! This is a milestone of playing position in pool. Obviously it is impossible explain all kind of solution you can have in a shot, but you have well explained how a simple shot can become harder if you cross or don't cross the shot line.
    Great job!

I've played pool for many years but had never dipped into the internet for training tools until coming across your channel a couple of years ago. I have learned so much from you during that time to the point that I completely broke down my game all the way to the beginning about a year ago and remade everything from approach, stance, and stroke, to things like pattern play and cue ball control. It has sent my rating soaring over the last few months and it's been an absolute blast! Thank you so much for not only all of the knowledge that you've shared with players like me, but also for all of the hard work you put into making your channel/content/editing/everything the very best billiard-centric option available.

Your first example (the eight in the corner going on the line) you use follow. I sometimes get confused about this but think follow slows the cue ball in that instance?

Why the need for the left spin on 7:39 instead of just stun? Is it because the left spin will throw the object ball to the right, helping it get to the pocket more? Thanks for who ever answers!

Why never talk about shooting the other runout. From the corner, to the ball on short rail, to the ball on the spot, to the 8. Seems the easiest run out to me. But I love your videos, you explain things very well and it helps me show my low skill teammates what I am taking about. Thanks so much
