- In this 158th Video from Classic Car ChitChat, you will see a beautiful 1999 Dodge Viper GTS - ACR (American Club Racer) Edition. No matter which car you are fan of whether it be the: Dodge Viper, Dodge Demon, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Ram, Dodge Durango, Dodge Hornet or just cars in general you will appreciate this beauty.
In today’s video you will see a beautiful 1999 Dodge Viper. The Dodge Viper a sports car manufactured by Dodge (by SRT for 2013 and 2014), a division of American car manufacturer from 1992 until 2017. The production of the two-seat sports car began at New Mack Assembly Plant in 1991 and moved to Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in October 1995. The 0-60 mph (97 km/h) time on a Viper varies from around 3.5 to 4.5 seconds. Top speed ranges from 160 mph (260 km/h) to over 200 mph (320 km/h), depending on variant and year!

In case you are keeping Track this is Video # 158 of Classic Car ChitChat Videos!
I hope my Classic Car ChitChat videos make you smile. I do them in my spare time because I truly love cars and my intentions are simply to honour the beautiful cars I get to see and to really understand the passion and love of the vehicle by the driver (or caretaker as Jay Leno would say) of the car. I also understand too that my videos perhaps lack the polish calibre of great UA-camrs like: Doug DeMuro, Scotty Kilmer, and of course my favourite Supercar Blondie. I also know that I can’t even come close the quality & finish you get from the likes of Jeremy Clarkson and the boys at Top Gear. I think they use a little fancier equipment than my little iPhone… LOL
Mission Statement:
My Objective through creating these videos is to shine the spotlight on people who love their vehicles whether it be a car, motorcycle, or even a bicycle…. Bottom line is if it has wheels and you love it then let’s show that passion to the world!
Equipment Used:
Camera
- Just an iPhone 14 Pro Max (Nothing fancy - which proves anyone can use whatever you have handy to make a video… you don’t need really expensive equipment)
- I also use Insta 360X2 which is perhaps one of the best investments I have made and allows me to capture some really cool 360-degree views and also creates a “drone like” effect with the invisible selfie stick attachment.
Gimbal - DJI OM4 - For that ultra-smooth cinematic look. (To be honest... still not quite sure how to use it but one day I will figure it out!)
Audio - Rode Wireless GO II (I gotta be honest… this is really the biggest investment that was made… I wish there was a cheaper option but after the first couple of videos I soon realized that audio quality is important and hopefully better than the onboard mic on the iPhone!

Couldn't agree more!
What true beast of a Dodge. My dream car.
I agree Dave.
One of the best muscle cars ever built.
I agree.
Another example as to why this channel is the best.
Wow, thank you!
My dream car.
Mine too
Incredible car.
So true.
The Viper is the best muscle car of today.
I agree.
This video should have more views. This car is amazing!
Zach, lol.. I couldn’t agree more. Thank you for acknowledging and with your support perhaps one day it will.
I also wanted to take a moment to personally thank for taking the time to watching my videos, leaving a comment and for subscribing to my channel I truly appreciate it.
My intention when creating these videos is to showcase not only the beautiful car but give the owner an opportunity to share their story, love and passion for their car. Thanks again Kevin.
@ClassicCarChitChat you're welcome! It's always cool seeing rare cars but unfortunately they just don't get too much recognition. Same as the 1993 foxbody svt cobra. I don't see too many videos on that car neither and a lot of other interesting cars.
Wicked ACR.
I agree
I'm so happy to see that not only are you still making these videos, but the quality just keeps getting better!
BoiseFreerunner, thank you so much. I do it for the love and passion and as you will appreciate as a fellow car lover.. these cars are in my eyes moving pieces of art.
Beautiful car very special power you need a strong heart to use the performance
Very true.
Fantastic video of a legendary car that blows my mind.

Amazing to see the hot exha6pipes running in the perfect location to get a nasty burn. 😂😂😂.
I guess speed over practicality wins.
You got that right!
I know some people that want this. I'm one of them.
Lol.. you and me both!
