@@Jed-xy4ln Well I would say,hopefully this year people start to mature so it shouldn't be as bad.Dont try and mix in with the popular kids it doesn't do you any good.and when I say this please listen to the teacher because all the information they say will be helpful. All I'd say is focus on your studies a little more as GCSES are nearing. Goodluck in year 9 😁

You dont really use textbooks u learn from a boarda nd are provided with books we study fractions algebraic ones algebra graphs and trees graphs stuff like that its actually kinda good i suggest make friends in maths if u wanna have a good time cos it will feel like 3 hours in a 1hr lesson

starting a youtube channel is something that’s really great and i think you should go for since it’s such a fun experience! honestly, as i’ve been doing youtube , people from school did find out. but, don’t worry about what people at school have to say,and just remember why you started. stay confident and positive always! i hope it goes well for you 💕

we wear our ties quite the same but I start it as if im going to wear it really long but I go round about 4 - 5 times then continue to tie it so you dont have the long part hanging down
Is it just me or what, but im like really shocked by the size of the tie, ours have to cover all our buttons
lolll !! tie size doesn’t really matter in my school because most people keep their jumpers on most of the time but if you did have it off and had a short tie they wouldn’t really say anything! anyways, is your school really tough on uniform?
@@justjemimah Yeah we have a strict dress code - but you can get away with it sometimes, for example if you dye your hair natural colours they wouldn't say anything. (like ginger, brown or black) I know because I've done it. Or you can wear minimal jewellery etc. As long as its easily removable and easy to hide its fine. However, some teachers are a lot stricter than others. Its defiantly stricter in year 9 than other years for some weird reason.

hi! i loved this vid but i have a question for anyone who goes to a uk public school, i am moving to the uk very very very soon and i wanna know, generally, how many piercings are allowed? i have 12 on my ears and 1 navel piercing and idk if thats allowed :’) can someone tell me about this? like do schools not care about this that much?? yk

My school is a grammar school so it's "very strict" but we all get away with ear piercings even though we're only allowed 1 small stud per ear. For the nose were are not allowed piercings at all except for a clear small stud (only if it's cultural). Also for the skirts we all roll it up (me personally I roll it up so it can reach the same length as my blazer which is very short lol). I get stopped at least 3 times a week for my skirt but I don't listen just like every other girl. Dyed hair is permitted usually and the teachers don't force you to change it, but it will guarantee you never go on the school's website or Facebook. We have an iPay system as well where you put money into your account digitally through phone or use the ATM at school where u transfer real money to digital money, it's only able to be used by fingerprint or code! Makeup is also not allowed in our school but EVERY girl wears it here, no teachers care except for the pick me hags (unless it's veryyyyyy noticeable and they will give you a wet wipe and force you to wipe it off in the bathroom)
