Bow legs is a issue of bones and we can't fix bones issues through exercises. Yes, the exercises shown in the video can be performed for relieving pain and instablity it will definitely help but till now we can't fix bow legs through exercises we can only fix bow legs through exercises when it is not too much but for fixing too much bowed legs (like mine) it'll require a high tibial osteotomy surgery which is performed by cutting bone and fixing a titanium plate till the bone heals and then the plate is removed and the legs will be back on it's original position. However, the doctors suggest some exercises post surgery for relieving pain and for making muscles strong, which will help in improving knee bending. In short, till now we can't fix bow legs through exercises it'll definitely require a surgery. For those who are wondering that they can fix bow legs by following these exercises please consider contacting the well reviewed orthopedic doctor he/she will suggest you the treatment plan. Thanks.
