I don't like the mark up then discount game, which is why I mentioned the price the way I did. That said, Nubeo has been priced higher than others for quite some time. But everything they do is top notch. Just look at their website and all the pictures...they definitely believe in their product! And these are one of a kind watches!
@@WatchWitt I fif a bit of digging as I don't know anything about this brand. It appears to be implying that it is a swiss microbrand but might not actually be? The pricing malarkey is a big red flag. Are they a brand created by Watchgang? The trademark seems to be owned by a chinese based company.
@Subcomandante73 I don't know about their past, but online snooping will reveal those two items you mentioned, yet unclear if either is correct. Their parent company is Dartmouth Brands. Sister companies are Spinnaker, AVI-8, Ballast, Duxot, RGMT, Cadola, among others.

Good quality, but best to find them deeply on sale, as you have. They were basically $500 when they first came out. Some might complain about the crystal only being mineral glass at this price range, but it does appear to be high clarity and nice application of anti-reflective coating. There's only 125 pieces made in each color.
Can you do me a favor? I just received this watch and I was reading the manual and it’s says for the date setting turn the crown clock wise or anti clock wise until desire date is shown, but the thing is if I do clock wise the date doesn’t change only doing anti clock wise, is it a defect or it is how it works? Thank you
The directions are usually universal for various movements. Like if you also had a day complication you would rotate the crown the opposite direction of the date to adjust the day. Or a GMT, etc. So just one position is normal for date only. Anti-clockwise is correct (rotating crown down, or towards you). If you're not aware, don't set the date when the hands are between 9pm and 3am, as it can damage the mechanism.
Definitely looks like a solid color plastic. I doubt it would happen quickly, but it could be possible. If that did happen, it would still look cool, just less colorful.
Stumbled into this brand and they caught me way off gaurd Loooooove how thematic they are and the bold use of color is brilliant Ordered two models the Magellan chrono in gamer blue and the teal Parker The space invader is seriously tempting even for someone that never played the game
I'm not usually a fan of the BIG tonneau cases, but that Megellan looks awesome! Definitely love their use of color, in practically every collection! The teal Parker looks good too...nice choices!
I don't think so. The strap is integrated to the case, and they don't even make a black strap. I suppose there's a possibility of finding an aftermarket one, but Inhave no idea what the lugs look like. It appears it may be visible only after taking the caseback off. Full on integrated!

Weird...whenever you say that I check my "held for review" folder but always empty...not there. Yes, this watch is cool! Little hard to not have a quick glance of the time, but everything else is awesome. Feels great, too!

I wonder if the green covering the other dates is plastic and will fade with the sun and the time.
