My favorite strat for these levels (or long levels) is to use escape root + tile turnip + plant with permanent plant food (torchwood, tiger grass, cactus, kiwi beast, dazey chain... idk if there's more) and using escape root to move the plantfooded plants out of the way to make room for new plants. The get a plant with a good plant food (in mass) like holly barrier and primal potato mine
