Third serve I would not assume they were cheating, but yeah I would make them call out the server number for sure, or I would remind them if they didnt do that by calling it out myself after they called the score.

I just learned this from a guy I played with. If they don’t call the score or the server number, he calls it himself before they get ready to serve.

Yeah, 4.0 open play is like 3.5+ whereas 4.0 tournament is 4.5+ (if you want to trophy)
