It's top speed is limited at 80km/h. Being converted to 3 wheels and having it's original top speed limited at 80 km/h it complies to the driving rules in Germany. Final thought.... It really is one of the best choices that you have if you want to start driving a car at 16 years without supervision. It's better than driving those 2 or 3 cilinders that reach a speed of 49km/h lawn mowers.
