Back in the day me and my friends used to turn off the fuel valve without them knowing 😂 it was funny we would start down the trail and someone would be stopped and couldn’t figure out why
Go through that carb with a fine tooth comb. IMO, it sounds like the pilot is too small and the fuel screw needs adjusted(they go hand in hand). FCR's can be a bugger to set up correctly. Especially if the previous owner just turned screws and didn't know what they were doing.
