The 04 trx 450 I'm building right now has crank pressure. Fresh rebuold.new everything. Its burning oil and I think coolant. Any help would be appreciated. That's the questions I was gonna ask you over email
Ultrasonic cleaners are amazing for cleaning carbs and all the little pieces that are a pain.
I had an 04. Sadly I got in a bind and had to sell it. I sure do miss it

Dude take a look at the accelerator pump diaframe they are know to go our I just replaced mine on that 1400 08 450er and it was shot.

I went threw 4 petcocks and still never got the rite one, so i just spent the$80 buck and got an oem Honda petcock, thing is they will bolt up but the screens on the cheap one,s are always to long.

Everybody know the rules if you can't kick it you can't rip it. Parker has no problem with that and even took 1 for the team right of the top off the foot and lucky it wasn't the shin. Just fixed my neighbours plastics with the heat gun trick the other day. Pro tip thanks to Jrod

Lol ones kick start ones electric that's the only difference they're both great. Except er sucks if battery is dead or the one way starter caps out

90% of its life will be in trails following behind a CRF50..... 10% of its life will be in sand dunes
You should get a Raptor 700 because it is better in slow and fast conditions. Well as for an 08 trx450 when going slow it overheats but is good and handles good in fast speeds.
