To be fair the first 2 were good enough to warrant reading 2/3 of a trilogy.
Ive read a lot of fantasy growing up and the only book series in this genre id find worth recommending are game of thrones and LOTR

I'll be cheering no matter what. The league has never had such tight competition, which is great for NA fans, but it means that every win is important and needs to be earned.
Really appreciate c9 making so much content even if they've not been playing their best. It becomes really easy to stop content in times like this

Originally when the 3 losses happened, I figured it could be a pretty great growing experience. Instead of an iteration of a C9 without knowing what losing feels like so they don't get that kick in the ass and drive behind them. Hopefully it just doesn't ruin your mindsets.

The glaring absence of the "veteran" players in the video is concerning. Blabber and Fudge should be the ones stepping up and explaining what the issues are not the guys that have been on the team 4 months. I don't know whats going on obviously but it comes of as a premadonna attitude if the veterans just dip out on responsibility and the new guys apologize.
I believe it was an editorial choice to emphasize the "new" C9 players joining the team in the offseason. They are "coming back" to the team, as well as "coming back" from a loss streak

It's only February, and I'm really excited to see where this team goes the rest of the year. The ceiling is HIGH af. People who are dooming and glooming this early are silly to me, as someone who's watched C9 perform insane miracles in years past. Have faith.

They're definitely under pressure. Look at the recent clip when Mithy was pointing out Blaber's mistakes. And look at how Blaber looks. He doesn't look himself when I see him streaming on Twitch he usually looks great. I just know that C9 is doing anything they can to get Fudge, Blaber, and Berserker on track.

Monte Cristo hates NA, hates the LCS and revels in the failure of NA Teams, but he claims that C9's struggles are related to having only one Coach, and a remote Analyst in VeigarV2, because they "spent all their money on JoJo." Meanwhile teams like Flyquest, 100T, and TL still have multiple coaches and assistants. I'm not saying an NA-hating "commentator" is right (that would be like saying IWD is ever right about anything), just curious what the C9 response is. Also I think HAI is acting in some coaching capacity, given his on-stage presence during drafts.

Honestly I feel like mithy gets way too much flack from us fans. It seems like if the players like him a lot, the managers like him a lot, and the other coaches from other teams vouch for him (spawn from TL, golden glue and spookz from nrg, peter dun from heretics) then why not trust in him a bit more. I don't think what's happening to the team is mithy's fault, its more like a issue with the team being on the same page. Hopefully the two week break helped fix some of the teams issues because I do want to see this team succeed probably more than anything. I am so sick and tired of Super team failing when everything in theory should work.
I liked the name Oncloud9 better but at least we have this content back

vulcan is a shell compared to what zven brought to the team. i always hear fudge brings something outside the game as a reason to keep him around., but somehow he stayed and zven left. I know they see more about what goes on behind stage, but as much as i believe in vulcan, i miss the champion chad mindset of zven. and ain't it surprising that we didn't hear shit from fudge now that they're losing, when he LOVES to gloat and talk smack when they're winning.
this seemed like a way for C9 to justify keeping Mithy around for the reditors.
Sven was dog my friend and a big reason c9 struggled. He could only play enchanter supports and spring/world favored team fighting, front to back with engsge supp. That's why Vulcan was brought in becuase he's known for his negate supp. I think the team as a whole struggled. I think blabbering was just okay but sven was by far the weakling
@@kdp6494 bro, i get that zven wasn't a master of all supports. but again, he brought something that kept the team at a higher base than whats going on right now. i'd rather a weak support play an enchanter to boost my cracked adc (beserker) in this case and be solid, rather than be able to play the meta worse than regions that are just naturally better at the meta.
you wanna talk weak position., fudge is doo doo, they've even said that they keep him for what he brings to the team outside the game and i'm wondering why that couldn't be done for zven, if he wasn't leaving to go play ADC somewhere else.
i wouldn't ever bring up zven if he was playing somewhere else, but he's not. so i'm thinking it was more a C9 decision than it was his.
i'll never hate on vulcan, i'm a big believer in his skill even if i haven't liked his performances through a lot of this season.
This team just needs to get it together, i don't like change, but if thats what it takes to get the fire started, then don't be scared to do it. last year was nothing to ashamed of, international competition is going to be rough, and we fell way short of where we wanted, but i thought there was a lot to take away from those games, rather than a mindset of shedding our "weakest" link for a super team that could miss playoffs in a best of 1 region.
@WhittleDragon okay kid who uses the term, bro. Fudge is fine. His only problem is that he doesn't want to play weakside or that the team wants him on a carry incase bot lane fails. You need to watch games closer. Sven is a liability. If you can't play meta, you can't play, period. Being average isn't good enough, especially on the world's stage where teams don't have average talent. If sven was what you said he was, the team would've offered him a coaching role or academy to keep him around. Go do homework before you comment on this.

And Sven wanted to play, not be in a coach position. He’s said as much. He’s rather play support than not play at all.
As far as your meta bullshit, that’s ridiculous. Teams like NRG, G2, even T1 to a degree are know for play wild and off meta picks and playstyles. Why? Cause they have a synergy that can’t be denied. When a team is rolling hot, it’s easy to vibe and do well, cause they’re all good and pro players in the end. But you see that fizzle out or pass with teams like Flyquest and golden guardians.
I don’t fudge weak side either. But he can’t ever win harder enough strong side to hard carry. He’s maybe done it a couple times his whole career. Yes, he’s done great in later team fights toward the end of the game and won fights, but only after he shit the bed sooo hard the enemy team ignored him in a team fight and got punished going too deep for the “actual” threats. Fudge has his ups, but he’s no where near good enough to defend. I’d be happy to let him pick a carry in case the bot falls behind. If he’d actually punish match ups. But he’s such a non threat he doesn’t draw bans prior to getting draft prio unless he’s last pick and being the only one left to ban.
Jojo is getting perma camped because of his global taunt. Vulcan doesn’t seem to be on his game right now which inherently makes berserkers lane volatile to start. But no teams is getting punished my fudge. If there was even a season to prove me wrong. It would be this one, but it’s the same thing. He sweats trying to go even, he tilts and side lanes trying to scale, while the rest of the map falls apart, couldnt find a flank if a fat Girl sat on him, runs in hoping they ignore him, dies.
If anything, blabber is the better carry, and should be the alt win con. Fudge will never be impact, Adam, dyrus, or even Zeus. Who all have their own things. Fudge’s thing will always be that he brought out Lee top And looked like a god, only to find out it was the champ that was cracked, not the player.
This was supposed to just be a way to say, I wished they had let last years team cook a little longer. It’s a whole new season with a lot of changes, and it’s looking like we lost the coin flip that some of our players seem to be.

First off, zven could play meta, ranged AD support just didn’t come out till the last few Bo5s, so they were already out when people started breaking it out. That’s a problem of people trying to copy what the top teams are play at the time, versus actually figuring out the meta and what comps can be built into them to withstand what makes them that way.
Second, teams like NRG, G2, BDS, even T1 play off meta picks, why? Cause they a have synergy within their teams to allow for it. Playing to your strengths will always be better than trying to execute meta things that are only good cause they solid. It’s how NRG won last year, it’s how G2 holds onto its dynasty, T1 won worlds proving that playing to the strength of the team, rather than meta is what makes you real champions.
Zven was not the issue. Fudge is definitely an issue. He’ll never be good enough to defend keeping around.
I’ve already said, C9 staff have been quoted and recorded, that they keep fudge for what he brings off the rift. He’s not good. Zven was an asset who couldn’t played AD supports but didn’t get to do it before they lost out. Even rekkles is the best player on him LCK challenger teams.
They’re all pro players, they’re good enough to be there. But to say zven is dog and try to defend fudge is crazy to me. He’ll never be enough of a threat to be an alt win con. He’s done it maybe once or twice in his whole career.
Blabber could be, cause he’s actually a great team fighter and worth giving gold. Fudge just hopes people ignore him or see him as such a non threat that they don’t waste cooldowns on him.
Wish C9 would focus less on content and more on winning.
