You have to look at code at the bottom of the box. Code likes A0813 or J140 (one in vid) are midfakes. This the best way to identify a midfake. Other than that you can look at the packaging. And look at the quality of the images that were used. Midfake boxes use lower quality images and are not as clear. And if you look at the sticker sheet of the beyblade it is also the same issue. Where the stickers used are also of lower quality and a bit blurry.
It’s hard to say because no one knows if the New Boy beyblades are legit there is actually an argument in the beyblade community abou this. But since unboxing it myself and seeing the beyblade quality in person. I think it is legit as the quality is great. So you shouldn’t worry too much about this.
