Canada is in a huge rut. Consistently with issues in the ladies. No new emergy stars in men and no real leader. Pairs has a 40 year old lady leading the way. Ice dance has some interest - though two of their top ten world teams weren't competing. Piper and Paul though kind of look like they are slotted third at worlds. They need to figure something out to push them to the top. They deserve to be seriously considered for gold.
How did you guys watch Canadians? I saw some programs on youtube, but I'd like to find Pereira and Michaud. I am still watching Europeans on Peacock, I love that we are getting more time, and I'm taking my time. And it's so exciting, the crowd, the announcer, the (world feed) commentator, the skating. Amazing!

Piper & Paul skating on home ice at World's should be a not-insignificant advantage for them.

Canada needs a coping program!
Hopefully the big, excited turnout for Worlds, and the win from Deanna and Max, will push Canada to invest in their team's future.
I was just thinking, Worlds is going to be in Canada. Can they do it?
Definitely hoping they show up better for Worlds than they did their own nationals!
