Pork tenderloin is a versatile cut that can be done many ways. For our tenderloin, we chose to butterfly it and open it up so we could spread on a homemade brandy fig and raisin filling. Then we roll it up, tie it with some bacon and smoke it on our Weber Jumbo Joe.
We also try out one of the brand new flavor boosters from Kingsford: Basil, Rosemary, and Sage with oak wood - perfect for our smoked tenderloin!
The full recipe for today's video can be found below. We hope you enjoy it!

Hello Matthew and Margaret. That was a great cook!! I'm sure it was delicious. 😋 I also saw the flavor boosters in Home Depot this week and was wondering about them. Have a great weekend! Happy Easter!
Best, Doug (Punta Gorda)
We used a couple of those flavor boosters for some smoked wings last night on the Weber kettle, worked really well and the chicken was delicious!
Have a great weekend and happy Easter!
Very interesting one this week, I'm sure it was delish! Great job on the butterflying, that looks easy watching you do it. And you still have all of your fingers!
I'm glad it was Martha and not me lol, I definitely would've knocked a finger out two off! 😅
