DKDKTV hey I am Indian. And I requested from you to review the song blue eyes honey singh
We use both our hands to eat, it really isn't a big deal anymore! As for how we tear naan/roti, we use the thumb and forefinger to pull while the other fingers hold the naan on the plate. Lmaoo I never really realised that it was a tricky thing since I've been doing it for years but kids usually start off using both their hands to tear naan so you're good!
If you really want to try authentic Indian food, asking an Indian friend for recommendation would be the best imo! Or usually, they'd just cook up something for you if they can!
DKDKTV come to India guys. I will take you to amazing places in Gujarat. & Other parts of country. You can actually make videos & upload them on UA-cam.
Your fan from India!
DKDKTV ,next time try masala dosa,biriyani( chicken/mutton),butter chicken,cheese naan.goolgappa
Hey dkdk! Yeah Indians use only the right hand to eat. The other hand is to pick up food from the serving dish or the glass of water. We break a piece of naan by using the fingers only. The food should not touch the palm though.
I have to say Indian food is one of the best food in the world.
Colby Chaos i love u too say that india food is the best food thank thank sir
Ya I love Indian food too.
Colby Chaos thank you
Colby Chaos that's right indian food is no1
Super
The dishes you ate are mostly from North indian states. India is so diverse that you can actually have a new dish everyday . Also the thing or should I say a general mistake all foreigners make is that they call all the 'sabji'(vegetables) curry . In reality there is only a few (maybe like 2) types of curry rest are vegetables and upgraded or modernised versions of vegetables with sauces and spices. The bread is of variety of types as you saw on the menu but naan is the most popular I guess. Next time you should try dishes from others parts I bet you will like it , not a huge fan of Bengali dishes but I bet your taste buds will surely like it . Oh yes you can never miss out on south indian dishes , my north-west indian mom learned how to cook those because I like it XD.
Just jimini I wonder how they would feel about Indo-Chinese food. Gobi Manchurian is life!!
Batchu Swati yas as a #hosteler ghobi manchurian is keeping me alive on daily basis 😂😂😂
Just jimini too relatable lol 😆
The taste is more or less related to the cook as well....one should try tasting the food made by any1's mother...i bet they 'll chew off their nailtips....
P.S. i seriously don't want them to do so...; )
Just jimini Bengali dishes also cool man .. what you're saying 😒😒.. ever tried "bhapa ilish" or "sorshy-Ilish" ??
As someone who is Indian I believe that it is difficult to find authentic Indian food outside of India, but I do appreciate that you guys are trying to experience it at the best of your ability!
ARMY!
You dont get authentic chinese outside China.Do you?
Same stuff.
True...I wish we could access authentic cuisines worldwide
I beg to differ! I really think it depends on who owns the business, the chef behind the cooking and also the type of place you go to. Obviously, there's bound to be some difference, but in my mind, it's not enough to label it as unauthentic. In the UK, for instance, some of the best Indian restaurants are those which avoid catering to the general Western palette, because that's where you get a change in taste; rather, they focus their efforts on providing the true taste of Indian cuisine by sticking closely to traditional roots in the way in which it is made and served.
In USA you can find authentic Indian taste in many states. Reason is obvious tho, there are many Indians. So their main business target is Indian, it doesn't make difference in profit ratio if non-Indians don't try that place.
Man why is the samosa 4,500 won it's only 10 rupees in India which equals to 167won 😂
Elizi BTS people over there might think that samosas are something very exotic... same goes to Korean food that we get in India.
So true right. Mujhe pata
Elizi BTS It's my all time favourite !!! ♥♥♥
I was also checking the price on the menu!😂😂😂😂😂
Elizi BTS 😂😂😂
We do rip the naan with one hand....and break this stereotype please! Indians do use spoons whenever required....we dont eat everything with hands!
In the east we eat everything with hand. North Indians can't even eat rice with their hands.
In the south we don't really eat everything with hands but occasionally we use spoons too.
@@indujay2385 ARMY 😁😁
Punjabi style of eating Naan/roti is the best. You don't need to dip your fingers in curry or whatever you are eating with
In punjabi style, we take a piece of bread and make it like a spoon and then fill it with the curry. I don't know why people only tell the messier way to the non-Indians and make them struggle while eating.
@@dashisingh6533 thats not punjabi style...that how indian and pakistani people it sabji and naan/roti.,
Kingfisher is actually one of my favourite beers! Indian food is pretty common in the UK
Try" Bira " beer it's new addition it definitely has taste
I've been to the UK last year and I texted a british friend asking what should I try in England, but thinking of some local dish. The answer was: you should try some Indian! Haha
i heard "chicken tikka" is the national food of uk?
India has 29 States each have their own culture, language and cuisines... You have to try more than 29 different cuisines to know the actual taste of India. Not in one sitting ofcourse lol..
Like the north Indian food is more of thick dark sauce and southern India has a more of coconut based cuisines. Plus the eating habits changes from person to person. We use fork and knife but won't judge if anyone uses hands.
Mic Mic Bungee yes you said correct I am a southindian.......
Mic Mic Bungee especially southindian food very tasty healthy...eg:idly ,dosa, sambar .....appam.....etc....... sarangyo my love from India
Mic Mic Bungee Indian use their hands to eat their own food it will help to easily digest..... 💕💕💕💕
Mic Mic Bungee are you an Indian even me too I like to see korean drama, kpop, reacting video
pisi odisa Yass 💜😘
India capital is new delhi not taj mahal
Army once
Lol Taj Mahal is the name of a building..
How do we eat bread? Well, I pinch the bread with my thumb and middle finger and push the bread out with my index finger. Also, I don’t care much for the ‘no left hand rule’ unless I am with older relatives. But that might just be me.
genious! and thanks for telling us about your culture!
Or just eat it the way you like
Really?why is the left hand not allowed? But I am left handed 🤣
@@yoursliceofheaven There are many Indians who are left handed too. You can actually eat with your left hand or right hand to eat. It really doesn't matter... People however don't judge you in India if you eat with right hand or left hand or you use both the hands. Cutlery is also used very often. But eating with the hand is more common in homes..
Wow... that's deep
Nooo i was waiting for dessert. Kheer and ras malai are the best. I am a a Pakistani canadian but the pakistani dishes are extremely similar to indian as we were a single nation at a point in history.
Carat lucky in my life omg yes!! Ras malai is so good.
Carat lucky in my life happy to meet you friend I am a Indian...
Oh God suddenly I want to eat rasmalai but I am on diet 😓
❤
wonwoo is the love of my life what a sweet coincidence that I am actually eating ras malai rn🤧❤️❤️
We Indians eat with spoon or folks most of the time and for the naan we eat it with our right hand because using left hand to eat food is a bad manner in India.
Even if you eat with left hand no one will insult or scold you but people still eat the food with right hand.
Seema Pandey I feel that North Indians tend to eat with fork and spoon and south Indians despise that and prefer to eat with hands...I am from Chennai and currently outside India and still prefer to eat with my hand...!!!
Seema Pandey yes I am a southindian...too all the Indians uses their hand to eat...and ..if you eat with...hand it will digest easily....I am a Indian too but south...
It's our culture guys so why we should be shameful of it.
We have to change our nature by the change in time but we also have to remember our culture which can tell that we are Indian.
But what if you're left handed?
Lea Wilson yes you can use left hand its not prohibited from using any hand, actually we use single hand for eating as like writing. From our childhood we are taught by our parents that we should use right hand for eatings not both hand, little kids in India learn to eat from right or left (left is rare) even tearing rote or naan by single hand just like using chopsticks or spoons for eating...😉😊
*_Tear long chunks of bread (naan) with the right hand, pulling with your thumb and forefinger while holding the rest in place with your other fingers. Then wrap this around the main dish with gravy and eat it in one scoop! Loved that y'all tried Indian food! :)_*
SparklingRhythm *ILLEGIRL* ARMY? :-D
ladyjanewriter Yup :)
SparklingRhythm *ILLEGIRL* *points like Yoongi* ARMYYYYYYYYYYYY! Hi, Fam!
ladyjanewriter **inserts Jin's flying hand kisses** Hiiii ❤
Omg
Are you Indian army
Well, breaking the naan by only using the right hand comes with practice, kinda like using chopsticks. We use only one hand to eat so as to not grease the other food and utensils for other people since most foods require us to use our hands and not forks and spoons. Some people don't care about the left/right hand rule, it is just innate as we're taught that from childhood, so eating with the left hand is kind of like trying to write from your left hand when you're right-handed.
SOOO glad you guys tried Indian!!
i like how you signified using right hand with chopsticks
haha. well, the idea of using chopsticks makes me sweat!
I would suggest to try palak paneer (when minho from shinee was in india- he liked it very much) it is made from spinach.
Then butter chicken (its chicken with tasty gravy). Samosa is also really tasty. It is just a pastry filled with spicy potatoes and grean peas
Yeah 😂😂😂 I remembered watching that ep ...he couldn't stop eating
Yeah 😂😂😂 I remembered watching that ep ...he couldn't stop eating
oh i remember that!
he was eating his portion of dinner in lunch only
I was gonna comment same thing...love watching Minho eat... palak paneer is so yummy...I can survive on Palak paneer only....And omg Samosa is for 250 rupees thr..I can it 20 samosas in India
Something that you need to know, there exist 2 India withing India; one as rich as the most developed countries while other as poor as poorest of africa. This is because India is a developing country, not developed.
Also India has class division and you get what you pay for. You can live in India as luxuriously as a king if you pay for it, or a homeless person if you go for the cheapest option available.
There are places in India that will match the developed countries while in the same city you will have people living in conditions worse than poorest of underdeveloped countries.
Indian people that you talk to on the Internet are from middle class to Upper Class and they do not associate themselves with the Poor India that the world see us as. We are not denying that India is poor, just that we have not lived in that poor India, we live in the India that is affordable and -comparitively- rich.
As for breaking naan with just right hand, it is true. You need to know the technique to break the naan and practise with it.
As for left had use, depends on which India you talk to.
I'm Indian and to my family it doesn't matter what hand you eat with. Glad you enjoyed the food!
I had been there, it's really good restaurant for Indian food near by Gangnam area, but serves only north Indian food , it's just 1% of Indian dishes.
Samnan Inamdar yes I expect a South Indian food but alas
Indian food consists of many cuisines like punjabi, gujrati, bengali, tamilian, Maharashtrian food etc. There is pure vegetarian food available without eggs and meat. Indian food is based on the concept of strengthing body and mind at the same time. Like summer dishes are different from winter dishes. Daily Indian food is light simple which is very easy to digest and strength our immune system, the mind too.
Rightly said miss
i have some korean friends here in India and i find its very difficult for them to adjust with food......though iam an indian i havnt tried Naan..yet.(the food you had is north indian. here the food habit changes from place to place. south indian and north east indian food are entirely different)
NASEERATHESNI K yes I am a southindian
WOAH YOU HAVE KOREAN FRIENDS?! WHERE DO YOU LIVE??
Glad that you all loved it !! We Indians honestly love spicy food !! And where's this place ??
It's a cuisine called baba india in Gangnam! TBH it was really Koreanized so i bet there are better places for locals.
DKDKTV oh okay ! I hope when I'll get a chance to visit Korea, I'll be able to go to a better Indian restaurant there !! And just one more question: is there any pure vegetarian restaurant in South Korea ??
there nothing called pure vegetarian or non vegetarian in Korea.
Samnan Inamdar oh !!
DKDKTV there's two branches of Bombay Brau in SK. I have seen another UA-camr go there. It doesn't seem koreanised.
south Asian food always hits the spot for me!
Is goat or lamb considered a weird type of meat in korea or is it just because David is a little iffy about trying new foods he's not used to?
goat or lamb isnt the most familiar for sure.
It takes practice but you can definitely tear it using just your right hand. That way your left hand is clean to pick up a glass of water or to use the serving spoon to put more curry on your plate! Sorry if I'm not very helpful, i tried..
I recommend. You guys try saag paneer and Palak paneer !! It’s sooo good ohh and dal.
what is that?! maybe we could try it in the future
Palak or Saag is a dish that uses spinach or some form of greens and has cheese it! Dal is lentils.
I like Mutter Paneer! It's peas and the cheese is called paneer. It's texture is oddly a little bit like firm tofu.
Mango Lassi is a drink that is really refreshing on hot days.
Samosas are like these fried veggie dumplings with dipping sauce. I like the spicy red sweet dipping sauce but have no clue what it's called.
Also, I'm a goofy white lady in America, I just got hooked on Indian food in Chicago!
is it that good?......it tastes really weird..
Those are two of my favorite dishes along with aloo gobi and chana masala
Wow you ate Indian food!!!!!.😁😁
I usually eat with right hand because my parents says that u should eat with right hand not with left hand
Right. because its more hygienic.
I find the word CURRY very funny.
People should explore more about India.
i don't think there's Northeastern Cuisine in Korea if not you'll get a similar taste as Korean cuisine. You know India is a very diverse country.
There are many indian restaurants in busan too. Near haeundae beach. I went to an indian restaurant there and the food was sooooooo gooodddd
Hey @DKDKTV
I'm really happy that you have lot of Indian content.I'm from India and I'm really glad that there's a good Bilateral relation between both our countries.Thank You for trying Indian Food. You should plan up to visit India. It has different cuisine in every province/state
Davids face tells everything omg , Tandoori is one of the fav appetizers
There arent any rules to eating. Usually Indians use only one hand. Yes you break the naan with one hand. I dont really know what you tried , i guess its butter chicken , which is one of my favs. You guys tried north indian food. Try south Indian too (chicken or lamb) .
and , me being an indian , i dont really know what foreigners mean by curry. Curry is usually the gravy which comes with the chicken or lamb.
I would suggest you try Chicken / lamb Biryani
And this is not something that indians eat every day
we usually eat Dal and Rice or Roti with any veg dish (sabzi or roti-sabji)
but i loved this vid
Sadashya Bisht yup excatly
Indian food is bomb i eat all the time the US
Yayyyy Seoul City Vibes!! And Jin is back!!! Love your videos!! Too funny 😂
Actually there is NO ACTUAL CURRY IN INIDA! ITS ACTUALLY VEGETABLE STEW MOST OF THE TIME AS WELL AS GRAVIED FOOD. AND MOST FORIEGN FOODS ARE USUALLY ALTERED TO SUIT THE TASTE OF THE LOCALS BUT ANYWAYS! 😁
Ameesha Kaur I beg to differ. There are plenty of curries in South Indian cuisine at least. That is the interesting thing, you can be Indian and still not know all of India. That is how diverse we are! This is why when people from other countries ask me facts about India, I make clear that I have my niche perspective. It is so hard and maybe even impossible to speak for everyone.
beyondallcontrol i agree with that! My comment was my opinion and i do believe the fact that north india and south india are poles aparts in reference to cultures! And yes! Id love anyone else opinion too!❤
Ameesha Kaur I got you, sis! Thanks for being such a refreshing person who likes to hear the perspective of others. ❤️
beyondallcontrol my pleasure!
I haven't tried Indian food. I think i should
it was actually quite nice. but i would be careful if youre not good with spices.
DKDKTV Yeah, I think I can handle different kinds of spices. Mainly because I'm mexican 😁 btw the food looks really good 👍made me hungry 🤣
Evelyn Orta you should 👍
So a Mexican is taught spices! You should try indian food. You will either love it or will not like it.No middle emotion for sure.
Try tandoori chicken,chilly chicken with naan..pretty tasty😋
it doesn't matter u eat with right or left hand,, with spoon or with ur hand ... yeah eating with hands is our culture but now, one can eat with hands or with spoon or fork and we have so many dishes u have to eat with hands so thats why we eat with hands ... india's culture is so diverse and we have a lot of variety of dishes ,,, we have 29 states and every state has diffrent dishes in large variety
So true😊
I desperately waited for this...yayyyyy
Hats off for ur courage to try it because it very difficult to try something out of ur comfort zone, really appreciate it🤗
Luv from India
They eating rupees 300 samosa; me eating rupees 20 samosa and thinking its damn costly... ;-)
Aigooo this was the best video I came across I feel I won't starve in Korea tho.. Indian food exists there😂💕
oh thank god i'm going to be in korea for a month and i know i'll be craving home food so i'm glad you posted this!!!!!
The way they say "curry" (like "kho-rrreeey") is soooo adorable!!
There's no right hand rule.. it depends on what hand you're used to eating with
There's a definite technique of tearing the naan or any other roti xD and it doesn't involve the use of left hand (for righties) 😂😂😂
So fun to watch people eat and try food from different countries. Pleasr make more this kind of video 👍
I literally screamed when I heard dope playing at the back!
This left hand thing is now just soo overrated. Yeah you'll find some Indian people who would strictly prohibit you from using your left hand for various things but then there are other people also who use only their left hand. Some of my friends are leftie. In India we use word leftie (who uses only left hand) and rightie (who uses only right hand) even the great actor Mr. Amitabh Bachchan is a leftie and let me tell you he is a living legend.
So next time feel free to use whatever hand you guys are comfortable with. 😊
Yea definately u can use any hand for eating here in india.. or u can use both hands too.. Like i do
I love my India and Indian food .Best food in the world ,made of pure and healthy things not like american food ( pizza, burger) unhealthy stuff .who agrees with me ???
Lol, that doesn't mean pizza and burger is any less tasty. Too much of anything is unhealthy.
pizza ain't American
Sakshi Rathore, agreed with you , because too much Indian Vegetarian Food can never unhealthy ...😊
Sakshi Rathore agree😊😊
pizza is italian lmao
I'm such a picky eater, but when I'm abroad I'm really open to try new food. I travelled in India for 2 months, tried lots of things and never got sick! I have to say that after the first month, it became really hard for me to eat Indian food.
Weird thing is, after I left the country I was constantly thinking: I could have some Indian food now! Haha
I'm from Rio, Brazil, and we don't have many Indian restaurants in the city, and these few restaurants charge sooo much. In India the prices were so fair!
Anyways, great country! Wanna go back someday!
The thing I love about you guys the most is that you are honest about your opinions! Even if you don't like indian food; you guys are not afraid of saying so! Please always continue to produce awesome content like this! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
P.S. I DEMAND A DKDKTV MERCHANDISE STORE haha!! lots of love!!
..if you are right handed you will use left hand to pick up the naan n if left handed use right hand. It's simple
thanks for trying Indian food guys! opr u liked it.. but im not sure whether it s 100% indian style... naan s a north indian dish amd tandoori s kinda we all love it... haha... but there r lot of food other than that... better try it some day.. :)
yea i use my left hand when am eating stuff like naan and roti... you can also eat it with single hand - you hold a part of naan with your index and and thumb put your little and ring finger on the roti and move thumb & index fingers away from the other fingers
Most of the curries are usually chicken or fish and then lentils. There are gravyish vegetable dishes and basmati rice is used to cook biryani a very famous dish. Each state has its own kind of biryani with different spice ratios.. so Indian food is amazing
..(in the opinion of an Indian)
Please come to India and taste the authentic food here ... You will like it !
Indian food is literally the best food on Earth.
Finalllllyyyy❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
we can use left hand when really needed but we have practiced it since childhood so we have no problem in breaking up the naan. we use the pressure of middle finger and pull using index finger and thumb
U can even try Indian snacks....as there are plenty of varieties....☺
Twinkle Dsouza Yes, there are many varieties of them 😊they look nice too...I don't know their names but I've tried some n one of them made of goat milk..yum
ilove10 butexoisdrivingmeKOKOBOP
Great
omg three idiots is an amaaazing movie. lol no one eats tandoori chicken with forks XD
most people use their left hands too but only to support the right hand. it's just that we don't take food from the same hand that we use to eat. also you should try dal makhani and palak paneer, these are not that spicy. there are many different cuisines in India and they have extremely different tastes. what you're eating is from some of the northern states. what you should try is something called CHAAT. it's a type of indian street food and it has really strong flavours
AHH GREAT PRONUNCIATION I'M IMPRESSED
4:16 lmao soo funny😂😂😂
'The capital of India? ' = Taj Mahal😂😂
4,500 Korean currency for samosa?? that's too much high....
Srsly is village food factory that famous..he's from the southern part of india called tamilnadu..even we don't watch it..loved this part of seoul city vibes .
balika k what is wrong with being from the south of India? Is that still not India? Why are you making it sound like some sort of pariah?
beyondallcontrol srsly😂😂 ..I'm also a south Indian..I don't think I made any cmnt dissing south India or south indians
balika k I am a southindian I am from Tamilnadu...he is such a great grandpa...
U stupid u have not watched till now and u don't know the value of vffactory. First try a few of South Indian and then u will realise the taste is good than north, same old Nan, samosa and dikkas.
You guys are awesome
And I thing you love Indian spicy food
I’m so glad to see you guys put up a video relating to india i was honestly worried after the ghoomar song reaction and all the negative comments y’all got i thought you just closed off the indian topic. I’m glad y’all didn’t, i enjoy watching all your content.
Hey ! First of all I really like your channel because of your vlogs I want to visit Korea
Megha Sharma I am a southindian ....hi....you said correct
Looking at David eat ,I think this is the last time you guys are going to eat Indian food.
Again I resubscribe your video after more than 6 month after watching this video.... Love from INDIA
Yay !!!😄
Wow thats amazing! Indian food is rlly spicy ryt! Cause im indian
Koreans and Indians like spicy food i guess kkkk
DKDKTV True ryt❣ Thanks for the reply its DAEBAK🙏
Whoa!! you guys watched Village food factory? and wtf was that Muslim friendly sticker? really!!!
we usually use the Index finger to hold the naan and then use middle finger and thumb to tear small piece from the naan, no need to use two hands. but it's not mandatory if you are hungry you can eat however it like.
developed countries means they've developed completely, and there is nothing to develop further, from that aspect i wouldn't like India to be developed........... Jokes apart we have lots and lots of work to do, still 250 million out of 1.5 billion lives in poverty. our middle class is growing very very fast but the the poor section, so it's better not to call us developed now.
Cpt. Haddock I think that the "Muslim friendly" sticker probably meant that the restaurant serves food that is halaal.
muslim friendly means they serve halal food...
Oh🤔…
Muslim friendly is indicating that the non veg food there is halaal as Muslims can only have halaal non veg...!!😊
My initial reaction to the food was *small portions* but yeah you guys should definitely come to India just to eat!!
Woohooo really happy to watch this.. 😂
Please react to Meng Jia (ex Miss A) feat Jackson Wang - Mood
india is not developed country :/, its a developing country it will take atleast 100 years to be called developed because of its sheer population. I will be long dead by then :/.
vignesh krishnamurthy right
I got so surprised and fascinated by "gulab jamun" and "masala chai"!!
The guy that starts off the begginng of the vlog is adorable!!!
I don’t think it’s a medicine..it’s food...have some respect..u guys were like closing the eyes and doin some dramatic things...as if it’s poison..and saying “not bad”..and then saying “I think it’s not indian”... wat rubbish...I ve seen lots of ur india related videos..reaction videos... and everything...a kind request pls don’t do anything related to India or Indians unless u respect them...Not only Indians..people from any country will not tolerate any kind of disrespect to their culture or their country...if u guys don’t know to do so..stay wherever u are and do ur own things but don’t ever try to even know about other country’s stuffs...🙏🏻
Priya k true
they just gave authentic reactions you idiot. they are not used to strong flavours. thats just thier opinion. when you taste korean food you will feel its trash. i think indian food is the best food in the world, but everyone has a different taste. if they cant take it, its not their fault. there is no neeed to get so triggered, immature little fool
You are absolutely right..They behave like Indian food is poison. They also talked about smell.
pls react to bollywood song main tera boyfriend
the forks and knives that are on the table are there in every restraunt in India. it's mainly cause starters like chicken tikka etc are eaten with a fork and knife. where as naan and curry are eaten by hand, just thought i'd let you know :)
Being an Indian i loved this video.... ❤️❤️ Great video guys 👍👍
we rip naan with one hand only. im not sure how to explain it since we kinda learn since we were little. but we use the thumb as the base and the indez and middle finger to tear it lol
I love your videos, you guys are doing good.. there are many regional foods and culture. There is lot more to explore and that's why it is called as subcontinent, try to know about south Indian food and culture
Glad!! You loved our INDIAN food...
🙏🙏
Yes there are people to use the left hand too while ripping the bread off. You guys just did fine being foreigners and also it was great seeing you guys enjoy the Indian food. By the way I love Korea no kidding. nan hangug-eul salanghae :D
Post more videos !
Believe it or not every time i see Danny it makes me think aint itJacki chan??!!😂😂
Nice video guys, fun to see you struggle. XD
Only Old traditional people get bothered about the left hand, and we use hand when chicken is with bone. Good Luck.
I feel like authentic, good Indian food can only be found in India. My mom has a preference for only Indian food and whenever we are abroad we only go to Indian restaurants. The food doesn't taste bad, but it honestly doesn't compare to the food you eat in Indian restaurants in India. This video just made me miss India and I kind of want to go back just to eat tandoori chicken and drink Kingfisher.
I disagree. Anywhere that resides actual Indian communities with restaurants targeted for the people of its own communities, I think you should be able to find authentic Indian food in just about any of those types of places outside of India. But whether it's good or bad is subjective because communities overseas will have much fewer options obviously.
Koreans also complain about Korean food overseas, but there are Korean communities with restaurants selling authentic Korean food. It's just the lack of options and variety
YAYYY! LOTS OF LOVE FROM INDIAAA❤❤❤❤
We do use spoons and forks. Its just that sometimes you need to use hands. For example, you can't use spoons to tear naan so ofc you have to use hands.
what you guys ate is actually not regular indian crusine we eat lots of diverse food. The best is to try with Indian starters like aloo chat and pani puri
I am going to watch all the videos in this series today lmao.
As for naan, I break them just by using my right hand but i guess it takes practice and its kind of difficult if the naan isn't properly cooked or rubbery. I really like naan and paneer based dishes because I don't have it as often as I'm from Karnataka which is a place in Southern India. We have spicier and more coconut and rice based cuisines.
My family is kind of strict about the "no left hand while eating" rule but its not like that everywhere. :) Two of my cousins are left handed and they were trained to eat with their right hands. (They still use left hand for other activities like writing etc). But personally, i think more than the place, i guess its the family you are from. Like some families strictly follow the no left hand rule some dont.
Anyways, I'll type an essay if i keep going lol. I like your videos a lot. Thank you for sharing them. Have a nice day. :)
I really don’t understand why there are no South Indian restaurants in foreign countries. I’m so tired of looking at the same menu everywhere!
Same... I want to see some sambar n idli too... it looks like indian food= butter chicken and naan. 😅
I belong to north India and we used to eat these stuff once in a weak and there's are hundreds if varieties you can get in Indian menu which belongs to different states and every dish you try surely can give you a different wonderful experience.... and yeah you can use your hands while eating if they are clean or say wash your hands first 😋
Great you tried indian food😇
U guys are doing great.......Am an Indian and I feel u r probably the best youtubers respecting all cultures and countries.... Much love from India 🇮🇳 ♥. I wish I could help u with a tour of India... Aahh I would be guiding at every point and help u with the best experiences... Pls come to India
Most Indian food that's popular abroad is the North Indian style food, but we in the South eat a LOT of rice based foods which would probably suit most East Asian palates. Just saying.
😍😍
Breaking naan with both hand is okay but in india the right hand is used for eating food (basically dipping the naan in the curry and putting it in your mouth)
And when u were eating the chicken tandoori, you can use both hands to either split it to peices or to hold up the chicken to your mouth to bite it , kinda like what jim was doing .
“No..but don’t just go from level 1 to like level 10..okay?!’’
Lol
Very glad you enjoyed the INDIAN food.
