In the Gen three remakes of Gen 1 Fire Red, i went to catch Articuno, I get to it and I start the encounter, and it was a shiny...a few minutes go by, and I didn't realize Articuno has much less PP then it's brothers, Moltres, and Zapdos, I used false swipe, and got it down to 1 HP, it went through all her PP, and Ko'd herself- I actually cried for 15 minutes...
The worst Pokemon I encountered in a Nuzlocke was Wobbuffet. It had the shadow tag ability so I couldn't flee, and it used destiny bond on me. I had to sacrifice one of my Pokemon to that git because of that.
You've lost a nuzlocke to the regis, I've lost an incredible yellow randomizer team to a metapod. I looked away so I never did see what move it used. While the movesets seemed standard for my team, so I decided to venture forth as if the nuzlocke never even happened in the first place. Later, I picked up Fly and taught it to my starter, a Grimer that had evolved shortly before I reached Lavender Town.
In my randimizer, the ralts randomized into a hondour and it was shiny. I haven't lost a nuzlock in a while but I have lost many pokemon to guillatine and sheer cold.
My only problem with the intro is that in gen 3 the pokemart was stingy with the premier balls. Buying 20 pokeballs at once would only get you 1 premier ball. To get 2 premier balls you would need to buy 10 pokeballs twice.
Currently doing an emerald nuzlocke, starter options were metagross, feebas, and regi rock. I grabbed metagross, and in the first trainer battle survived with 1 hp because of self destruct, caught a shiny celebi after that and watched Wally catch a reliancth. Failed after Roxanne had wailord, moltres, and Charizard

A UA-camr proved that after catching the shiny Ralts in the catching tutorial, in the later encounters Wally will use a normal Kirlia and Gardevoir. So that means he RELEASED THE SHINY RALTS AND CAUGHT ANOTHER RALTS TO REPLACE IT. That's just rubbing salt in the wound.
How Dobbs makes this list: If you're lactose intolerant, you wouldn't wanna encounter Miltank. If you're afraid of ghosts, you wouldn't wanna encounter Haunter. If you hate the brown cute things, you wouldn't wanna encounter Eevee.
My worst ever nuzlocke moment was with Brawly in Omega Ruby. He had A PRIMAL GROUDON that killed: Sceptile (Route 1 encounter) Rampardos (Starter) Dusclops (The forest place encounter) And my Medicham (Rusturf tunnel). When I finally killed him with Archen (The cave) his last pokemon was Wobbufet.... that had counter even with randomised learn sets.... versus my last pokemon.... that couldn't kill it in 1 hit... And if it wasn't obvious, this was randomised and the Primal Groudon had Flamethrower, Ice Punch, Torment and Headbutt. Archens only attacking moves were Leech Life (Base 20 in gen 6) and scratch.

Now in Gen VIII, it doesn't matter if it's a shiny male combee/salandit, because they managed to mess up evolutions, so of you have a Pokemon if the same species and evolve it, you can force a different Pokemon to evolve, resulting in level 1 third evolution Pokemon, or even evolving your male combee into a female vespiqueen
About the magcargo... it doesn’t specifically say that it’s surface temp is that hot, if it’s interior temperature reached that heat level it wouldn’t be hotter than plain old magma
I don't like coming off as the one guy that spoils everything, but Lockstin has a video about magcargo. In this video, he explains that magcargo doesn't just kill everything on earth because it is too small to do so.
In a 4th gen nuzlocke I got swept by the second gyms Roseraid. (Excuse my lack of proper terms) I had a Grotle and Luxio I trained to around level 18-20 but the Roseraid was level 22 and with grass knot was able to out DPS my healing because it was almost only getting crits and when it didn't use grass knot it would poison me with poison sting first try
Actually, sending out a Macargo would not instantly vaporize or melt the surroundings. The surface of the sun is a lot less hot than the core, which is where all of the energy is coming from. The ground underneath Macargo would quickly melt, leaving a trail of lava behind it wherever it goes. Any grass underneath would burn immediately, and any puddles of water it went through would turn to steam. If it got hit by a strong water type attack, it would create steam until it had completely hardened and couldn't move. Standing near Macargo would be like being in an oven and you would receive severe burns from conduction and the light it produced, possibly including ultra violet waves. Stay too close for too long and your body would be desiccated while being lit on fire. The speed would depend on the distance. The same thing would happen to nearby plants, especially since Macargo doesn't move very fast, so anything nearby that can't get away will be bombarded with heat for a long time. Keep in mind that these affects would only be strong when you are close to Macargo. Further away, you'd just feel warm and the air currents would change, and even further away you wouldn't feel anything at all. 18000 F is very hot, but is not going to make the world end, so just keep your distance and don't let Macargo get anywhere near plants or wooden structures.
Number two: If you encounter this pokemon the world will burn and everyone dies Number one: If you encounter this pokemon you will lose the pokemon battle Perspective right there.
I definitely wouldn't want to encounter Goomy or its evolutions or ANY slug pokemon for that matter. Slugs are my terrible phobia. Except Shellos. I'm cool with sea slugs. Their bright sea colors are beautiful and are the Crown of Thorns seastar's bane! They are essential for the survival of our ocean's coral reefs.

My worst ever nuzlocke moment was with Brawly in Omega Ruby. He had A PRIMAL GROUDON that killed: Sceptile (Route 1 encounter) Rampardos (Starter) Dusclops (The forest place encounter) And my Medicham (Rusturf tunnel). When I finally killed him with Archen (The cave) his last pokemon was Wobbufet.... that had counter even with randomised learn sets.... versus my last pokemon.... that couldn't kill it in 1 hit... And if it wasn't obvious, this was randomised and the Primal Groudon had Flamethrower, Ice Punch, Torment and Headbutt. Archens only attacking moves were Leech Life (Base 20 in gen 6) and scratch.
My worst is when a double battle trainer both use explode on randomizer nuzlock
Zubats : Oh, you dare approach our cave? Instead of fleeing in frustration, you come closer?
Me: I can't get the TM at the end of this cave without getting closer.

Now in Gen VIII, it doesn't matter if it's a shiny male combee/salandit, because they managed to mess up evolutions, so of you have a Pokemon if the same species and evolve it, you can force a different Pokemon to evolve, resulting in level 1 third evolution Pokemon, or even evolving your male combee into a female vespiqueen
I got killed by an Abra's hidden power, just killed my whole party, it was sad. I found a shiny ralts as well.
You can also get level 100 Magikarps and Gyrados in the Wild Area in Pokemon Black/White 2

About the magcargo... it doesn’t specifically say that it’s surface temp is that hot, if it’s interior temperature reached that heat level it wouldn’t be hotter than plain old magma

I don't like coming off as the one guy that spoils everything, but Lockstin has a video about magcargo. In this video, he explains that magcargo doesn't just kill everything on earth because it is too small to do so.
In a 4th gen nuzlocke I got swept by the second gyms Roseraid. (Excuse my lack of proper terms) I had a Grotle and Luxio I trained to around level 18-20 but the Roseraid was level 22 and with grass knot was able to out DPS my healing because it was almost only getting crits and when it didn't use grass knot it would poison me with poison sting first try

Its actually a confirmed fact that if your Fire type loves you it can affectionately blast you with Blast Burn and its fire wouldn't hurt you.
Actually, sending out a Macargo would not instantly vaporize or melt the surroundings. The surface of the sun is a lot less hot than the core, which is where all of the energy is coming from. The ground underneath Macargo would quickly melt, leaving a trail of lava behind it wherever it goes. Any grass underneath would burn immediately, and any puddles of water it went through would turn to steam. If it got hit by a strong water type attack, it would create steam until it had completely hardened and couldn't move. Standing near Macargo would be like being in an oven and you would receive severe burns from conduction and the light it produced, possibly including ultra violet waves. Stay too close for too long and your body would be desiccated while being lit on fire. The speed would depend on the distance. The same thing would happen to nearby plants, especially since Macargo doesn't move very fast, so anything nearby that can't get away will be bombarded with heat for a long time. Keep in mind that these affects would only be strong when you are close to Macargo. Further away, you'd just feel warm and the air currents would change, and even further away you wouldn't feel anything at all.
18000 F is very hot, but is not going to make the world end, so just keep your distance and don't let Macargo get anywhere near plants or wooden structures.

I definitely wouldn't want to encounter Goomy or its evolutions or ANY slug pokemon for that matter. Slugs are my terrible phobia.
Except Shellos. I'm cool with sea slugs. Their bright sea colors are beautiful and are the Crown of Thorns seastar's bane! They are essential for the survival of our ocean's coral reefs.
