This is all so true. Before I meet my daughters father, I was strong, self aware etc. However when I meet him I was 19 and he was 27. I lost myself for 2 years in that relationship. I finally woke up one day and just had enough and left. That was the best decision. 3 years later I my my wonderful husband ❤️
I think it would be helpful if you went into specifics; if you could identify some of the issues you went through in that relationship, it could actually help other young women relate to some experiences that they're currently going through but don't recognise as abuse.
Rarely comment on videos but fair play to you Alanna for coming onto a public platform and talking about this so openly ❤️ you’re an incredibly strong person for getting through that situation and speaking about it here. Fair play doll!x
I totally feel you, I’ve sadly had multiple abusive relationships and it’s impossible to explain the way you see things when you’re in it. I’m now 27 and in a fantastic relationship finally, just bought a flat together and very happy 💕 my last ex took my cat and gave my beloved dog to the pound and I couldn’t get him back but soon I’ll have pets again that no one can take away from me
Totally relate Alana..emotional abuse doesn't heal just quite as quick as the physical...I had 0 self esteem left after and it still a battle. But be proud you got out it not a easy thing to do...your young so have a lot of living to do yet I wish you every happiness for the future xx

well done, very proud of you ❤
You should be proud of yourself for talking about this as many won't and feel ashamed. Love your videos x

girl, we're here for hair and makeup, not to hear problems.
why do women think this kind of emo dumping is okay to do??
You don’t have to watch videos that aren’t about topics you’re not interested in.
Things like this have to be talked about
Don’t think you have the insight to speak on behalf of all of us here!
Sounds like you need to follow the link for some help yourself!
