After mastering this trick, it could also be a major step to being able to do an axel. Since a Walt jump directly into a back spin is similar to an axel, just without the jump. Hi Stacey, I have been working on my back spin for a while now. I feel I rush sometimes and don't hold my legs straight another time. Once in a while, I will gind the position, but I am not even sure how sometimes I manage to have more than 3 rotations. I will try the 5 steps and hope it will work for me. Thank you.

Thanks for this video! The exercises are showing me I am not balanced. Where should your weight be? Some people say the ball of the foot and some say closer to the toe.
It’s somewhere between the ball of the foot and your toes. Too much weight on your toes and you will grind on your toe pick. Too much weight on the ball off your foot and you won’t feel balanced. Hope that helps!
