It has greatly reduced pain I suffered from an attack that caused whiplash. I also have dx's of fibromyalgia, Lupus & CRPS. My starting dose was, & continues to be 5mg... my fatigue is ongoing & disabling, despite being 100% cured of extremely severe central sleep apnea. I'm 5'2" & 120#. I'm curious if a smaller dose might be more beneficial as I've read in other UA-cam video comments that that was the case for others. I had to educate my doctor over time & later she thanked me. She sent me to the pain clinic to get my prescription. ☮️💞🙏🏼

I'm the same height and around the same weight and I take around 3.5-4mg. I wonder if dose is correlated to weight. I can't tolerate 4.5mg! Good work sharing the information with your Dr- hopefully they can help others too

I've just started 0.5 mg 1 drop sublingual LDN for fibromyalgia and CFS. I'm sleeping better and severe anxiety improved but am experiencing severe sedation. I want to take a lower dose but dont know how to half one drop. The sedation is really bad so am hoping to find a way to keep taking LDN.

Hi Lyn, did you manage to titrate to a better dosage?

How about putting it in to water and drinking half.

I have had FMS for 35 years. I am 62 years old now and the pain is worse than ever. I am currently trying LDN and have titrated up from 0.5 mg to 2 1/2 mg. it seems like the higher the dose, the worse my pain gets. it's becoming almost unbearable now and I'm having more and more trouble going for my daily walks. could LDN be making my pain worse? I'm not sure if you answer any questions, but I'm commenting for your information and hope it's helpful. LDN could have possibly increased my appetite,

Hi Paul, sorry to hear you're hurting worse. I'm no doctor, but often when things worsen and stay worse (ie it's not just your body reacting to the new dose) it's a sign to drop back. Did any lower dose work, don'tbe afraid to stay on a lower dose for some time? I still only take 3.5mg. Can you ask your Dr for feedback?

I was on it for good 3 months or so, while trying to get off the tramadol. 😅
