Nah but thx I'm big fan
Love It WatchMojo.
When I was 10 years old back in 1991-92 my mom used to buy us those crayons from the Dollar Three Store for school but when was comfirmed that have lead she returned to the Crayola brand, thank God never tried to tasted despite of that age I was aware about harmful substances 😮

It's kind of scary to think buying a product to make you well could make you sick
But it won't if they do it by the old fashion way.
I thought it was just good business
It's something like a third of all FDA approved drugs that get recalled within 5 years of getting approval.
Ozempic out of stock in Australia due to it being used as a weight loss too. A lady died after abusing it as she wanted to lose 10kg for her daughter wedding. As a diabetic, I actually need to help manage my diabetes but can't get it.
It made me violently ill. I threw up in my sleep and started choking. Always had sour stomach.
I was given a script for weight loss, and then a few weeks later my mum was given the same script for her diabetes. By then it had become near impossible to get so I gave her mine and then when she needed more we'd both go looking. I got another box so gave that to her as well. After that our chemists (small city, IDK if it was Aus wide) decided to make a priority list for diabetics first. Mum ended up on tablets instead since it went oos.
Might be a hot take but I think it should only be prescribed to those who are diabetic or morbidly obese (everywhere, not just Oz). At least until they can mass produce it for higher demand.
@@sleepypanda3694 Sounds familiar. So morbidly obese or those with thyroid problems need it to lose weight prior to being able to have gastric band surgery. It is all the people asking for it to lose weight bcos they are too lazy to exercise or change diet have taken supply from those who really need it. Hope your mum is ok.
Yup. My mom was on the news in Seattle due to her difficulty in finding it for her diabetes. The issue so many don't understand is that, yes, diabetics can take insulin to help manage, but there's a cost component. My mom spent less over all when she could get Ozempic as it meant she could use less insulin which is much more expensive. "Just call around until you can find it" gets tossed around too. Apparently those people don't know there are people who can't just hop in the car and drive far away once they find a pharmacy that has it in stock.
I take Ozempic and I hate it!. I get nasty diarrhea and feel nauseated half the time. I can't wait to get off it!.
Are people actually surprised that electric skateboards are dangerous?
I had two recalls on my old Mazda 2, one for the infamous Takata airbag issue, the other for a reclining seat malfunction. Both times I got the letter and the intervention was for free
Even after 10+ years of use, I'm glad that they still contact you for safety recalls.
My family went to the store and the shelf was full of Oops! All Berries. We grabbed a box (not having seen the recall) but the cashier intervened. A plus service there. She also called to get the manager to get the shelf cleared
Why was there a recall for it?
@@GrandMasterLynx quaker recalled for salmonella

For us at Target, we are literally not allowed to sell you anything that’s been recalled.
I had an internal defibrillator recalled, unfortunately since they are surgically implanted it wasn’t as simple as taking it back to a store
Bloody hell! That beats my recalled pasta sauce.
that's kinda messed up... I hope that gets sorted out quickly, safely, and for free!
I used that rock n play sleeper with my son. He was fine. Its not a safe sleep item so it was used with supervision. As it was intended to be.
I do have one question when it comes to recalls, With the move to online shopping and ebay/craigslist these arent always available for a return to the place of purchase. Alot of sites also use 3rd party fulfillment or drop shipping. A recall does not mean they will be willing to accept returns for refund or replacement. I mean the Quaker oats said throw them out (telling you they know how bad it is and dont want it back), imagine the grocery store telling some in this economy "yea, those items you spent money on here.... oops too bad."
Two separate crib recalls and my kids are only 19 months apart (both were related to various drop-side recalls before they were banned outright).
I was on Vioxx before that was recalled & banned (in that case I had already been off that one during that recall).
I was on Zantac during that recent recall.
We've had 2 or 3 vehicle parts that were part of a recall, however I also have a car now that there SHOULD have been a recall on a known issue, but it was kind of rare for the right circumstances (if the battery got drained the TCM failed).
And, I mean, various food and over-the-counter recalls where I had to check if what we had was included in the recall. So far **knock on wood** we've not actually had the batches that were recalled in those instances (ie, again, the recent frozen corn recall, a lettuce recall, etc.)
Apparently the UK has more stringent regulations when it comes to bugs in food. Many US products contain a lot of bugs and the FDA just goes "meh, little extra protein won’t hurt".
Is that what’s known about the uk, its stringent regulations when it comes to bugs in food? No one wants your food. Not even bugs
@@Jimmy_The_Kid I hope you're not American cause that response was embarrassing 🤡
I actually bought a box of granola ( chewy ) and ate a few before I knew about the recall 😂
I remember the air fryer recall. We had to get a replacement as a result of the recall on the air fryer we previously bought.
There's been twice in my life I've had to deal with recalls of some kind. The first time was with a Dora the explorer toy my sister and I had. The paint apparently had led in it, so my parents were quick to get rid of it so that we wouldn't get sick or anything. Another time was a few years ago with a jar of peanut butter. I don't remember exactly what was wrong with it, but the jar we owned had the serial number included in the recall order.
The rocker recall, I kept mine and used it until he lerned to roll on his side. It was very helpful. I got mine right before the recall and now it sits in my basement. It had the perfect swing/rock to smooth him. My husband also had a rocker and I never allowed my kid to sleep in there when he was with his dad. I was very weird about that kind of stuff.
For the Tesco stuffing
A few years ago I bought some ground almonds from them and found dead moths in both sealed bags
Yikes! Yuck!!!
AAAAA, THAT EXPLAINS WHY I KEPT THROWING UP AFTER EATING QUAKER OATS OATMEAL SQUARES CEREAL!! I thought it was just one bad box, I didn't think it was a lot of other products. Dang.
It's clear that the system does anything for money without caring that the products, medicine etc. are getting people sick or worse, they are taking their customers' lives.
Fen-Phen/Redux - These Weight Loss drugs were recalled due to the deadly side effect of Heart Damage.
I heard about that recall.. A friend of mine was taking them luckily nothing bad happened to her but dang
A link to the recalls would’ve been very helpful
Not a bad idea, but Google it
The sleeper is not nescessarily dangerous unless you leave your baby unattended, which you're not supposed to do with basically any baby product but a playpen, crib, or basinette.
sometimes we have to leave them be because we adults need to relax
Yup, put baby in safe spot if you need a moment. Don't just assume you can walk away.
I don't understand the danger. Anyone know the specifics?
I had that Easy Bake Oven from 2007 that caused burns, I just threw it in the trash. I also had some Barbie stuff that was part of the lead paint recall in '07.
My niece has one that caused burns my Mom (her Nana) tossed it out
@@k.m.5819 did her Nana buy her a new one
FRAUD: Ozempic was not recalled. The US FDA and FBI seized counterfeit Ozempic. Saying Ozempic was recalled is like saying Rolex watches were recalled because the FBI and other police agencies seized counterfeit watches. Recalls and seizures of counterfeit drugs are two distinct issues.
I had a recall on the passenger side airbag of my truck. It was a fault in the triggering mechanism that could cause it to go off without reason. I drive a regular cab truck, it was pretty worrying until I was able to get it fixed.
That’s good Quaker Oats didn’t wanna poison people I’m glad they learned there lesson after the radiation
Quaker Is a subsidiary owned by Pepsico. They're literally one of the worst companies to grace the Earth. Quaker isn't too far behind. They also pump out unhealthy food products like Aunt Jermaia and unhealthy breakfast cereals/bars. Truly scary they're apart of so many food scandals.
Also, love the radiation jab.
My mom’s car got recalled. The accelerator had a risk of sticking, which it briefly did on hers. The car was repaired. Her current car also got recalled because it burns too much oil, but hers is said to be fine.
Surprised the kia USB recall didn't make the list, 2 fatal crashes locally were caused by that flaw. Who knows how many others were caused by it. Recalls, I had to deal with, the jif recall in 2022, the air bag recall from Honda, in the 90s the recall of the seat belts in Datsun/Nissan cars (recalls cars went back to 77), ford ignition module, auto trans, and distributor module recalls, seat belt bolts from gm, HP CD r recalls (manufacturing issue caused cracks in the center, this one was industrial models never sold )
Regarding fake Ozempic, wouldn’t fake ANYthing be pretty dangerous?
Note: in some parts of the world acetaminophen is called paracetamol… why the same thing has two chemical names is beyond me.
ohhhh. That's what it is. lol Thank you! (Aus calls it paracetamol.)
paracetamol in India too.
It will be just the trade name, all chemicals have a trade name (what the public know) and a chemical name.

Actually yes. My old CPAP from Philipps was recalled. Mom's too. Could cause cancer from the foam breaking up and getting into the airway.
Funnily enough, my mom actually got thyroid cancer from it and had to have her thyroid completely removed
Nothing like stuffing with Moths

Oh no I literally just ate a chewy chocolate chip granola bar last night, received from December 2023! Oh the pain! (Of not knowing)
I think it was in 2008 and i was living in Denmark and bought a can of tunafish and a day after eating it i saw in the news the brand was being recalled due to risk of bacteria. I prepared for the worst but never got sick. Thankfully as i didnt yet have medical insurance.
Damn this is scary
I have been recalled myself
I've had 2 vehicles with minor recalls for paint problems, a Hyundai and a Chevy
Well. That was unfortunate.
my daughter slept exclusively in one of those rock & play sleepers for the first 9 months of her life. she would NOT let anyone lay her flat on her back at all. even once she got too big for it, she never did take to sleeping in a crib, we had to bedshare after that. when my son was born we just started bedsharing right from the jump.
My daughter, born in 2017, slept many a nights when she was in her first months of life in one of those because it was the only way she slept for long periods. Crazy I never heard there was a recall at all.
Yes we used ours so much it was a life saver.
That’s rough. Infants are too young to understand how safe they are if they’re alone on their back in a crib without any blankets or pillows, but those factors can critically reduce the chances of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
@@Jeremiah_Rivers76 My daughter who is six still sleeps with no pillow and always pushes her blankets and comforter away mid sleep because when she was a baby then when young my wife was so paranoid about just that, pillows and blankets, that we guess she never got used to them. She’s had pillows but refuses to sleep with them. It’s quite funny.
Can you do comic book origin of DC Onomatopoeia?
On the second hand market it's not uncommon for people to buy recalled items
Separate, don't cross-contaminate.
I had just bought 3 boxes of Quaker Granola cereal days before the recall.
Yikes 😳
My left eye just fell off…is that normal?
Off of what?
well, then just put it back in.
Mmm. Small, rubber balls in food. Chewy goodness.
(Unrelated to the granola bars)
Scary when we have monopoly on everything not enough competition creates food shortage and problems
My cpap got recalled
Why are there spiders in every video now? I am not watching anymore until they remove those spiders.
Can you do top 10 episodes of the Netflix series Voltron Legendary Defender?
Perhaps the 737 MAX9 fits in there somewhere.
😮
Probably not, they'll ground them until the FAA figures out what happened, then they'll fix the existing planes.
Hyundai still hasn't fixed the brake fluid leak recall. I don't know about Kia, but these car manufacturers need to hurry up and fix the issue.
Peter😢I'm sad that u assumed we all got garages'
YUKKO!!!!
Survivors biased is strong here, but my baby didn't die...well others did hence the recall. Survivors biased is the reason so many people die pointlessly.
Wait did you just say there were small rubber balls in cans and then you just moved down to the next thing what the heck is going on? What the heck how did smaller balls get into food? Please explain
Hello good afternoon

If ur buying plant based formula, you’re special. Like stupidly special
Not every baby can drink milk based formulas
I was one who was allergic to that so had to have plant based
hello there
mmm...moths delicious !
How bout Fuck-It-All?
What about covid?
Recalling Covid? Umm.
The sheet fact that even infant formula is going vegan(soy free vegan that is) is truly funny. Mothers must be afraid to breast feed now more than ever
Haven’t you heard? There’s now a movement, published by universities now, to discourage breast feeding because it ‘reinforces gender stereotypes’.
All ages can be vegan it's not always about being afraid of breastfeeding some women can't make enough milk, some take medication that makes there breastmilk undrinkable
It's called allergies 😂 kids get allergies as babies. Lactose intolerance.. soy allergy.
Well. Regardless, not even these vegan products are safe from hazards.
@@megangerhart3540 Vegan is not healthy for everyone and there are people who get sick from it.
