When I was a kid my father buy one spanking new on Texas a brought that tractor to Tamaulipas, Mèxico...its the only tractor displaying American flag on Mexican soil🤭
I wonder how the rear end and transmission stacks up against a 7080 Allis Chalmers. I know the Allis has 4" rear axles and they are very bullet proof from the clutch housing back. I wish I had bought a 1570 a couple years back that looked in prestine condition at an auction. It sold for $9000.
I have had couple of 90-94 series case tractors, although I liked running them they where not the most reliable tractors in the world, had pto issues out of both and powershift problems out of the 2294, now I have a Allis 7060 powershift and it’s drivetrain has been bulletproof, had a sleeve oring let go but that’s common across the board it seems, and a pto seal that started leaking, but that took only a couple a hours to repair, I believe Allis made the better overall tractor, but kinda torn on the engine, I do like the Case 504.
I like the tractor promotional videos keep them coming!
still one of the best tractors out there
From experience working on them, I'd say the engineers at JI Case were VERY spiteful toward mechanics.

Had a 7060 allis and the power shift or whatever it was wouldn’t stand up, good motor

I was always under the impression they weren’t a very reliable tractor…none of the 70 series were…
