I'm tired of all the fear mongering and dire hype of these posts. A wise cook and homemaker is already stocking up on many of these items: vinegars, healthy cooking oils, peanut butter, tuna, noodles. A little extra will make life easier. So, if you're just barely catching on to the need to store up, stash away the things you regularly use, your future may have fewer choices and be a dull, tastless fare. Use your head. Use common sense.
Then this video isn’t for you. Your statement shows that you need to know nothing about prepping. There are people that don’t have the level of expertise you have so, instead of complaining about this channel why don’t you move along (you’re giving off a superiority vibe ) and let those who want to learn about prepping learn without you projecting your knowledge. Carry on somewhere else where you can get the attention you desire.
An easy way to do that is make a list of your favorite 14 meals , list ingredients, when shopping for your weeks grocery get 4 meals worth of each item. The following week make a list of 14 DIFFERENT favorite meals and repeat. Getting 4 meals of each you are serving for that week. ( stick the 3 extra meals in the back of the cabinet with the extra from last week) at the end of the month you will have 12 weeks or 3 months of food put back. OF FOOD THAT YOU LIKE AND WILL EAT.
