Nope, that's a mic. You hear her laugh even when Rahat isn't even close, so he doesn't have the mic (and his voice sounds lower than her when they talk), and we hear them we too loudly when the bike isn't close so it's not on the bike either.
Also, at 3:05, you can hear her bumping the mic. It's not the wind, since you can hear wind throughout the video and it doesn't sound anything close to it.
There you go, a mic.
Now, I love Rahat, so I'll just assume Pop Up Santa is a piece of shit and didn't actually give any bike. I'll still support Rahat, but please don't take your viewers for idiots.

The bike had a Thing called a Servo its like electronic muscle if you see on the bike near the handle there a box painted pinkish red. this is a servo. They also probably had some kind of Motor on the back wheel because they didn't show it on the video. That explains the pushing and the turning of the bike. These thing are mostly used for Rc stuff like plane cars truck helicopters. You're welcome ;)

Better question is how it stayed balanced?
THEV1TA I think it had training wheels or something. That, or they would cut and put a kickstand down, because if you watch closely, the camera jump cuts every time the bike stops. Then, the bottom part of the bike is cut off by the camera (to hide the fact that they had to cut to put the kickstand down).
THEV1TA I just noticed that you can never see the bike fully when it´s "self riding"... so if you check at 0:17and slow the video down you can see the little wheels for a brief moment which are attached to it (like kids use so the bike cannot fall to a side)
