That's what literally happened to my car right after doing a hard pull in my supercharged mustang. Turns out it was a piston ring lol but swapped the engine out and now she's back to running good :) Love the channel

I had the same problems with my NSX. They found out that one of the cylinder was bad. Due to bad ecu, too much fuel went to one of the cylinder causes to create too much pressure and bent the piston rod. After all the testing, new parts, labors cost and out of service over 2 months came out to be just over $100k but thank god it covered under warranty. Sold my nsx last year in April for $130k and bought STI for me and Volvo XC60 for my daughter. The stress owning a high $ car is too much. Now I feel like a free man.

That happened to my car recently as well and I actually fixed it. It was the coil packs I would suggest changing all of them but it is for sure the 3rd coil pack
Same thing happened to my cylinder 4 in my STI. Swapped coils plugs checked injectors. Nothin. Believe it’s blown ringlands or bent rod. Glad your car is nice and healthy would hate to see the frs go down like my subie.

I think I have the same foam cannon. If you get a 1.1mm orifice off amazon it will throw out much thicker foam. Super cheap and easy install, highly recommend.

I am glad it was exactly what I said it was. That has been the only CP that has gone out on my track driven 2013. Its due to heat from the Header/OP/FP. Also you can fix it for good by getting the 2015+ coil pack

from what happened to me, i had to replace my cylinder 6 piston so make sure you check that out as well cause looks like your burning oil as well

Worst case low compression other thing yeah injectors the direct injectors those typical wear out from the Teflon ring that goes into the block. Check for a vacuum leak on the intake manifold or crank sensor/cam sensors

As much as I love my gt86 I don't like the unreliable fa20. This is why I bought a k24a2, also a 6266 turbo and a cd009 transmission. My frs still have a bone stock fa20. That's until I get kpower swap kit

Bro get some iron remover to help with the wheels and the skirts/bottom of the car. It'll make that pressure washer do much less work by breaking everything up real good before you spray away. Trusttttt

I had Same problem on my fa20 Wrx I switched spark plugs and it would still misfire but I later found out boost leaks can cause the Engine to drown it self with fuel which makes it mid fire check for any leaks
