- Over the weekend of the 14th and 15th July 2018 the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway celebrated it's 70th Anniversary.
Featuring Specail Guest locomotives.
‘Katie’ from Kirklees Light Railway,

Love all the mid size steam engines, so Beautiful. It was a really great ride along. Love the whistle on them. So Beautiful scenery 👍👍👍

My god, they are magnificent!
I remember visiting in 2012 and drinking in the Smallest Pub In England at the interchange here. You could seat about four people and maybe another three standing. We drank our excellent ales outside.

I didn't know about the cavalcade of engines until yesterday when they told me about it on my weekly visit.

I belive that it has but obviously the railway is currently closed due to the virus.
