@@anagrady5554 urh same ,just the garden just isn't nice enough 😂😂😂or I'd of bought it
@Relatable Stuff because you were not paying attention to what's important, the video, but reading comments instead. That's why.
I’d have the same accent as him if I lived in that house.
Good one 😂
😂
I read this comment right as he said that in the video lol that was weird
Pendular Studios yeah but he doesn’t sound English, I don’t know what that accent is
He has a South African accent
"The definition of nature in New York is a little difference from the rest of the world, but here we see a tree and that's pretty darn good." - lol, that is the funniest quote I have seen in a long time.
FoxBlade Le Gosu heard*
I was about to comment this 😂😂😂
He deserves a good salary for quotes like that most aren’t even as articulate as him when selling houses
I’M WHEEZING
HAHAHAHA I THOUGHT THE SAME HAHAHAHA!! And his face is hilarious !!!
“Two half bathrooms” = size of my home
Mine too
Lol
"Your guests need to stay hydrated"
_(Enter: Alcohol)_
Your guests need to stay *drunk* hahah
"The definition of nature in New York is a little different to the rest of the world. Here we see a tree. And that's pretty darn good."
The tree symbolizes the idiocy of the owner.
AHAHAHAHAHAHA
Brownish Sage Sksksksks I am wheezing😂😂😂

Texans: that’d be like 600,000 over here
Nadia Ponce de Leon well it would lol 🤣
Actually, because there are so many major cities in Texas the real estate is really expensive there. If you've ever tried to buy in Texas you would know that it's actually a very expensive place to live if you want to live even remotely close to a major city. Like anywhere near Austin or Dallas.
Yesssss
kyocity again, Texas is not a cheap place to live. As much as you may think, it’s not just a dessert where cowboys live. There are at least 3 major cities of the top of my head.
kyocity I apologize, I just wanted to make sure that you knew that it is a somewhat urban area, I think many people think that all Texans have an accent and live on farms and I just wanted to inform you, in case you were uninformed for this information, I didn’t mean to be rude to you in any way shape or form.
" the definition of nature in new york is a little different than the rest of the world- But here, we see a tree & THAT'S pretty darn good."
Lmao i cant. I like this guy 😂👏🏼
Seriously, I totally howled!!
Dude's hilarious, yet so proper. Heh.
It's just creepy to watch real estate videos from New York or other similar metropolis.
In every other region or city you would be laughed at, when you highlight this things,
but in New York City every little advantage seems to be pure gold, even you would still
be living in a massiv crowded Moloch.
And it was the scrawniest tree ever 😂
i actually laughed out loud. if i could give this 2 thumbs up, i totally would.
@liliyana f. ..... That was hilarious, though unfortunate while drinking my coffee (you get the picture).
Me watching $88m: who could ever afford that?
Me watching $188m home: jesus what a waste
Me watching $21m: maybe I could afford that one day
Check out for Antilia also value of $2B
Wtf same
Miss Fortune, that's so funny. Those were the exact videos and the exact order i watch them in..insane.

This video just called me poor in every known language.
You have family, friends, health, food every day, a warm bath and bed.
You have what all the money in the world can't buy: happiness, luck, mommy, morals, common sense.
I think you might want to be more grateful. These things are not promised and can be taken away from you anytime.
Some people in Syria have lost everything, and only have their dog left and a more happy than you.
Xid RK it’s a joke, no need to bring up people in struggling countries. And also, how do you know that? You can’t assume thing about other people’s lives
@@user_8983 I have friends from Syria who told me more then I wanted to know.
Maybe it is a joke, but many people seriously think like this. Even I sometimes forget about everything I have.
You just made a joke. I just made reminder.
So, are we good now?

"The courtyard is private and secluded" literally a 5 story building 2 feet away with windows looking down at him
Secluded means away from everything, wich here is the busy city, he never said private..
its new york city. thats pretty good.
I would cover the courtyard with some kind of marquee to have some privacy.
@@RioMuc but that would block the sky
@@KvnDWr I know. But I would rather sit there without a sky view, than being stared at like in a zoo.

Hahaha. In another video, an agent was promoting a 60M NY apartment. He also stated that the apartment had a full gym. Then he showed a room with 2 treadmills 😂
