Another great video! Our house is across the street from a large park. I walk in the park with my dogs every day. But since watching your videos i now tell myself while I'm walking i see the beauty in everything. It truly has helped. I see the walk in a total different light now. Being in nature calms and clears your mind if you allow it. Keep up the wonderful videos. I watch every one of them.
