Its funny you do such an episode. We have a greyhound and a westie. I get very anxious when i run into people at the park. The westie always acts out. I will have to try your method. I see its all about your energy. What you put out comes back. Very inspiring seeing those dogs playing with dorothy. They hadn't a care in the world.

System is geared to shut off our brains, shut out nature, get into debt, procreate and consume. 50 or so wealthy humans control (mis) information flow that distorts our reality to maintain their power and money. We could all be so wealthy and stress free if the current system was destroyed. The uk needs £500 pm rents in warm modern detatched static like houses but with strict laws for behaviour and upkeep. These houses can never be sold for profit. Key workers should be treated like gods. Politicians should have 5 yrs experience on front line physical job. The entire system in most countries is broken by a corrupt upper bubble. We would be able to enjoy mindful walks with our own time and money.

Hi Nick, wise words my friend, I have had bucket loads from being a small child, and then as a teenager. Physical,mental and sexual changed and shaped my life, I was at war with the world, and never felt like I belonged in it. I didn't do much forward thinking or planning, I didn't think I would be here for to long ! ( I'm 57 1/2 years old) Come through the other side now, and I love my life now also.i think much better about myself and love life. I'm lucky to be here and smiling, must people end up dead or on alcohol or drugs, people have no conception of what the abuse does to the physical and mental state, it's far worse than death my friend. Another great video! Our house is across the street from a large park. I walk in the park with my dogs every day. But since watching your videos i now tell myself while I'm walking i see the beauty in everything. It truly has helped. I see the walk in a total different light now. Being in nature calms and clears your mind if you allow it. Keep up the wonderful videos. I watch every one of them.

Im 48 and i still dont know everything! Learning and accepting is an ongoing process. I find loving myself and accepting myself is sometimes not the easiest thing. I work on this every day. My hubby tells me often im way to hard on myself and to simply love myself. When we know better, we do better. Im learning as i go. Your videos are fantastic!

As someone who is constantly making things harder for myself, i made a decision years ago. I sold my tv, bought a dog and moved to a new place. That has changed life 200% to the better. Suddenly i notice leaves changing colors in autumn and realized that whats life is really about. Everything else is distractions trying to box me into something im not.

I often think this about things like bacteria or parasites. They have no concept of humans as living beings. We look at them as a lesser, or zero consciousness, and they don’t even truly know we exist; to them we’re just the environment that they live off. Humans also often assume we’re the highest level of consciousness, but what if there are beings that are to us like we are to bacteria (or slugs). Could it be that the planet we live on is actually a far higher consciousness, something we don’t/can’t truly comprehend
