    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
    2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
    3. Add ginger and garlic paste, and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
    4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
    5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
    6. Add diced Tinda and green chilies. Stir to coat the Tinda with the spices.
    7. Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Tinda becomes tender.
    8. Once the Tinda is cooked, add garam masala and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
