Thanks so much for taking the time to comment! FYI, I miss my 772 more and more every day. The 777 is powerful, I just like the ergonomics of the 772 much more.
I agree if I had a 772 I would not bother upgrading to the 777 at this point in time. I upgraded from a 20V axial model to the 60V 777 and it is like day and night. I blew my driveway off easily and quickly in the low setting. I noticed with the three settings on the new model that on the lowest setting, where I do most of my work, that setting prolongs the battery life. The noise level of the 777 is very tolerable. By the way, I bought a 8 amp charger, much nicer.
Im in the UK and have had the 772 for some years now. Its actually almost TOO powerful for what I need it for...to the point Im considering getting the 18v version! And yes,the whine-I need ear defenders when using it! Plus its huge
Hey! Thanks for taking the time to comment! The 772 is pretty long. The 18V version is much like the new 777 in length. Not sure what you need is, but I do miss the 772’s smooth trigger and its ability to deliver lower velocity air dependably.
I haven’t tried it on Eco for any extended amount of time. When I do, I’ll post it here. I feel that it really wouldn’t be powerful enough to blow leaves in Eco.
Thanks for dropping by! When I first got the 772 with the 9ah battery, it would last 11 minutes at full speed. I see a lot of people online complaining about that. I suspect that’s one of the reasons that Dewalt came in with the three level power system. Subconsciously, when you turn the blower up to high power with a switch, you expect the battery to not last, and inherently, you blame yourself and not the blower. That’s my theory anyway. 😂
Love your assistant in the background. He/she looks about as interested as mine when I'm working in the yard - always sleeping on the job 😊
😂
thanks for the review. beautiful deck railing btw!

Great video! I have a 772 and have been contemplating upgrading to the 777 because its "more" powerful. I appreciate your honest and unbiased review!

@@pitcherthis6483 What do you think is better to choose: power or ergonomics?
@@pitcherthis6483 I'm just waiting for your answer, then I'll buy. Thank you.

How is run time in eco? I am looking for a leaf blower. Don’t have massive amounts of land to clean up. I love dewalt so am def intrigued by the 777

I have the old blower. It came with its designated battery. How long should it last when using the blower with a fully charged battery?

I have both but you are right. I prefer the old one. But I sold it once I got the new one

One has to compare to Ego Power. The gold standard
That would be good to compare for sure. I don’t have access to to one 😞
Thanks for dropping by!
Sure thing. Please provide one.
Once you go flex volt you can't go back.
Hello, unfortunately I don't know English. Please tell me which model is better to choose?)
