@@elliescorner2019 thank you ☺️ I have the TAN A6 as my (work) planner for 2022 & for 2023 it will be my personal creative journal 😍 that white 68gsm TRP is giving me zen journaling vibes 😍
I really enjoy how intentional yet chill you are about choosing your new planner and set up. I also love the sound and feeling of turning the tomoe river paper. ☺️
I have gone back and forth a lot on my 2023 lineup. I bought way too many things... including the TAN in A5. I have finally decided that will check multiple boxes for my day to day and will be my planner/bujo for 2023. Let the set up begin! 😊😊 One thing I think is really cool about the layout is on the weekly/daily section you can fold the page in half faux dutch door style and still see your weekly from wherever you are in planner. I have watched this video several times now. Can't wait to see how it works for you!
Oh fun, a fellow Take A Note user!! I love the idea of folding the pages - that would be so helpful for anyone who wants the weekly view always in sight. 😍 I’m really excited to plan and play in this book… I’m waiting on a few items (tabs, holiday stickers, etc.) and then I will begin my setup too!! 🎉 Thank you for watching. 💛
Thanks Ellie! I enjoyed this video. I like your migrating tips. They are well ordered and thought out. (You voice has a calming effect on me.) BLESSINGS
You are so creative!! I always love getting a look at how you set things up. I’ve got my Weeks set up (my main one & health/wellness) but I have not chosen my desk planner. I want it to have more space this year. Trying to figure out do I combine my desk/main planner with memory planner. No, hah I just answered my question. A girl can never have too many planners! I am eyeing that Take a Note! It’s a contender!! *side note- exact same sticker set up. I ordered everything you showed in your video. The sorting process process is an interesting and slow one but fun! ❤as always great video 😊
Thank you so much, Eleanor! 🥰 It sounds like you’ve made good progress on your 2023 setups. I’m thinking of using my Weeks as a health and wellness journal too. What kinds of things do you like to track in yours? I hope you’re having fun with the sticker setup!! I found it so relaxing to peel each sticker up and give it a home - although it could also be overwhelming at times… 😅
OBSESSSSED with this! you've totally inspired me to start thinking of my 2023 setups. I can totally relate to loving that bujo midset of migrating tasts from day-to-day. maybe i do it too much actually....😝
lol I feel that!! I’ve had tasks migrate for a full week before actually completing them or crossing them out and it just makes me laugh to see that when I flip back through my pages. 🤪 Can’t wait to hear (see? 👀) what you’re using for 2023!! 💛
So enjoyed watching this! You have so many great ideas. It’s a beautiful planner and I think it’s going to work great for you! Can’t wait to see it in person!
I bought a W222 planner for 2022 and then my job position changed and I no longer needed an "hourly" planner because I shifted from needing to track time on different projects to primarily needing to track tasks and escalations. I know this will seem weird, but it didn't occur to me to ignore the hours on the weekly pages and just put my tasks in that space. I went back to a BuJo instead and found myself wanting it to be dated. So then I got a Hobonichi Weeks for 2023 and planned to use the right-hand page for my running to do list. I had been thinking I wish the weeks was A5 width and gave you the week as one half of the left page, then three columns of space. The Take A Note actually looks like a viable option, and I'm having serious planner FOMO. Sigh. I don't think I'll ever find planner peace. On the plus side I haven't used my Weeks yet so in theory I could return it.....
It’s hard when there are so many options!! Yes, I totally forgot to mention that I almost always ignore any timelines in planners because I don’t do any time blocking or tracking. I hope you find a planner that works for you! I’ve personally found it most helpful to play around with what works best for me in a planner - for example, I currently want a dated planner, a vertical layout, and lots of space to make ongoing task lists. After I know what my system is, I figure out the planner options that fit my needs (this year I considered the W222 again, the Cousin, and the Take A Note), I choose the one that suits the best, and translate my system into the specific layout. I also remind myself that I can live vicariously through other people’s planners because it’s just not possible to use all the planners, as much as I’d love to!! 😅😂 Thank you for watching!
I literally have the same issue. This year I used the Wonderland 222 A5 and hobonichi weeks. I found myself used the hobonichi weeks way more because it was easier to take with me (I travel a lot for work) and I daily planned with daily to do on the right page. I decided to choose between the 2 planners and at the end I decided to keep the wonderland 222 in b6 this year because I couldn’t leave the monthly preview and overview, and the habits… did you try the take a note ? I didn’t know it
@@Wany17 It’s so hard to choose between two planners that are working for you! I haven’t moved into the Take A Note yet - it starts in January - but I’m looking forward to it. I will really miss the B6 Wonderland222 though, it is such a great size and setup. I hope you love yours! Thank you for watching ☺️
I agree! And that way you could customize it even more by adding in notes, collections, etc. as needed. ☺️ I’m still in a place where having a dated planner really helps keep me consistent but I could definitely see how the TAN layout would translate so well to a bullet journal. Thank you for watching!
Thank you, Linda! These planners are designed with so many useful sections - I have to remind myself it’s okay if some stay blank because I don’t have a use for them. 🤷🏻♀️ But it’s definitely fun to brainstorm ideas!!
For 2023 I'm entering for the first time in a WL222, coming from bujo and needing more structure but a good number of note pages for project management and planning. The take a note is beautiful but wouldn't work for me not having all the week in a spread (my personal deal breaker). Have a nice day dear!
I hope you enjoy the Wonderland222 as much as I have! I also went to the W222 from a bullet journal and my system translated really well. Thank you so much for watching!
Loving your video’s as a 68yr old who’s recently ‘discovered’ the world of planners and journaling etc 😊 … I just wondered if the Wonderland222 in the A5 size would have been big enough for you?

I thought your new planner could answer my prays, but I don't think so if I fully understood the spread organisation. I finished using Hobonici Techo cousin, which I like a lot EXCEPT that in my mind, all month-related activities/pages should be together, example: September start with 2 pages of monthly boxes, then turns to week 1, then turns to 7 single days, then turn week 2 etc. so I don't have to go back and forth in the planner as I hate that and end up forgetting about months/weeks and only use daily. I want to use them all to organise my hundreds of personal and business projects. I don't know how to call this spread in English, so I can't do research on Google. I do need Dailies as I use them for my daily project calls/research notes, then scan whatever I need to keep at the end of the year. I don't think this planner does that right? Do you know of a brand I could research?
