@@BelindaCarr It's in the criteria for a school project! For now I've just used detail lines to draw them in, which will do if need be. I also just couldn't find the type of ceiling tags within a bubble of some kind at all though. You seem very familiar with the program.

But I still feel that my concepts of tags, text, text parameters, family parameters, shared parameters etc are all mixed up. Welcome Back Belinda, I have a question, If i have a yes/no parameter to adjust for say 100 sheets, is it possible to do it in one shot (or) by using dynamo. I guess its only possible to select one by one. Another one is the revision number, when i use the in-built revision numbering system, i dont have any other option unless i open each sheet to click it on. Please suggest some quick options. I wanted to asked you. If i want to do a schedule that takes in considerations this special tags that I need to create, can Revit automatically tell me exactly where they are??.. Let me put an exmaple. I have a building with different appartments on it, on any appartment i will have a kitchen a bedroom, bathroom, etc., and I need to create a schedule that tells me exactly where every family is. Hi Blinda, can you make a video on Revit elevation view. I have always been a problem in elevation view, some unusual lines are seen like wall, columns beams and floor's line. I don't want to show those lines in my view. How can resolve it.

Are you in wireframe instead of hidden line? Also, make sure you're in "fine" detail not "coarse".
