Don't sign up for their rewards credit card. We spent thousands of dollars and weren't ready to buy more furniture or decor when we received the rewards gift certificates. We did not realize they had expiration dates. Pottery Barn is not reinstating any of them and many are from just a few months ago. I have over $700 worth. There is no purpose in signing up for their credit card if you can't use the gift "rewards" certificates when you need to/want to. We have furnished three homes with Pottery Barn and have been customers since 2010. We have spent thousands of dollars and basically, their "rewards" mean nothing at all. I am repulsed by the way they have treated us. Good luck getting a timely answer from their customer service department, and for them getting your issue/ticket correct the first time.
