I imagine Starflight’s plan looking like this Step1: Find materials to make a trap Step2: Build the trap Step3: Hide in a tree or bush Step4: Wait until another player dies to your trap Step5: collect resources and dispose of the dead body Step6: reset trap
One thing that wasn't mentioned is that Starflight in his prime state is blind, which wouldn't make it impossible for him to set traps but it would make it a lot harder.
I think that Glory’s venom would affect Peril. It burns through the scales, and I doubt the fire would help. From what we’ve seen it has a consistency close to water, and her fire would more likely boil it than melt it. Peril would still clap, but Glory would be able to put up a good fight.
i think peril can control the heat of her firescales (for instance, she can walk fine on stone, but she was able to melt through metal for kestrel) so if she was caught off guard some venom might get through, but if she was prepared it likely wouldn't affect her unless it got in her eyes or mouth
Imagine it playing out the same way as the books: Qibli pretends to join the strong group but ends up risking his own neck to help Moon escape them, and then Moon finds him half-dead and risks her own neck to nurse him back to health
In my class, we're reading the hunger games. And I honestly like the tier list better than the simulation. I love the simulation, its funny and fun to watch, but I like to hear you're opinions instead of the AI. POV: the Simulation "Winter died of the cold" "Sundew Ate poison berries" "The Tributes sneak up on moon" "Turtle and Tsunami are caught in the flood and drowned" "Peril couldn't start a fire and went to sleep cold" "Blue Won"
@Strawberry-Tanghulu that would be a hard choice but since she’s statistically higher than him in the tiers he might be gone before she thinks about hurting him
@Strawberry-Tanghulushe did in book one and I think she was really (halfheartedly) going for the kill... but Clay absolutly wiped the floor with her...
I think that raining venom hard counters fire scales. We know that they do not have have super hot insides, from when Turtle threw the fish in Peril’s mouth to avoid burning it. So if a Rainwing were to spray venom into her eyes, I think it would kill her.
From a logical perspective, it really depends if Peril’s flamescales could protect her from Glory’s steroid hydrochloric acid. In book 1 we see that Peril melts through thick iron bars to free kestrel, relative to dragon size they are “thick and took longer to melt through”, if we look at a size comparison of dragon to human, their hand gripped around on bar could give us the really rough estimation that the bars were the average human head width, which for a 21 year old is 23 in. We aren’t given an exact amount of time on how long it took but it seems it took one second for Peril to melt through Sunny’s cage, a “longer time” would be 8 or 9 seconds. The melting point of iron is 2,800 degrees Fahrenheit. So Peril can melt through 23 inches of solid iron in 8 seconds. With some calculations from 2 different A.I, Peril’s talons would be a scorching 5,600 to 6,400 degrees Fahrenheit. Glory’s venom composition is unknown but a guess could be hydrofluoric acid, which cause deep tissue damage, her venom could be a fictionalized version of it that’s more extreme. That acid’s boiling point is 641 degrees Fahrenheit. The boiling point would mean that it starts to boil away into a gas, but would take maybe 15 to 30 seconds (being nice to glory). But at the temperature Peril’s talons are at, it would be a matter of seconds, which could cause some damage but it will be constantly blasted at that same heat the whole time. Also, in the new graphic novel we see frostbreath hit her wing, with her not even flinching. Then 3 seconds later it just evaporated. She turned it from below freezing to boiling in literally a second. So i am skeptical of Glory’s venom damaging Peril to where she can’t win that fight. Also, if her talons and thus claws can melt through that iron, then it wouldn’t be far off to say that a bite from Peril is literal hell. Dragon bones are almost as hard as diamonds, Peril’s scales and body is at 6,000 degrees Fahrenheit, her species is carnivorous, and thus her teeth are naturally sharp, Peril is a force to be reckoned with. ALSO, if the venom turns into a toxic cloud in vapor form, Peril breathes that stuff every day from the smoke she’s constantly in when she was in the arena. So yeah.
If peril and glory decided to work together in the hunger games, THEY WOULD BE A UNSTOPPABLE FORCE Like I can imagine peril chasing a dragon and glory while being invisible flying ahead and getting in front of the dragon and appear and shoot her venom at them
I feel like another way Turtle could die is with frostbreath, because if it goes down a dragons throat, they will die quickly (as shown in book 4 with Battlewinners death) and Turtle doesn’t have fire so it won’t combat the Frostbreath which could result in his immediate death
i love how you didn't just use a shitty generator, you actually ranked their skills and abilities. although i do wish there was a little more focus on survival, survival skills and being in the "wilderness" is a big part.
To be fair, that’s the kind of stuff all the competitors learn about during the week of preparation for the games. Some might already be experts in wilderness survival, but all of them will probably have a solid grip on it by the time the games start.
Interestingly, dragons all just kind of exist in the wild already, I think. Yes, they have societies in the books, but we really don't see any level of agriculture going on in them (they hunt for their food like they would in the Hunger Games) and they don't seem to have any issues existing outdoors wherever they find themselves (I mean, the main characters of arc 1 were basically on the run in the "wilderness" for the entirety of arc 1 without any issues).
@@JadeMountainArchivein book eight Peril remembers that Scarlet told her that she can't leave the palace, because (among other things) she might acidentally burn a "field of Skywing crops". So apperently it is a thing...
Wanna hear a recipy for sucess? - The only tactical mind in this arena to rival Qibli's. - absolutly unrivaled mastery of stealth - the deadliest ranged attack in this arena - a way to probably kill Peril and Turtle - already quite the immage and two whole tribes of likely sponsors Yep, it's Glory
Unless Quibli previously teams with Blue Moon Sundew or Luna, and I bet someone will get so paranoid of her that they burn the forest down. That’s just me tho
I think Snoodu should be in S tier because like JMA said strategic and smart and with her knowledge on plants and how to use them she would easily find and grow food. She could also manipulate plants to make hiding spots for herself and traps for others. Her fighting is good and she could probably find other dragons weaknesses. She is good under pressure and keeps a calm mind. We also have to count count that she is very intimidating and could scare the other dragons into obeying her. And with her not hesitating to kill someone, I think she should be below glory but ahead of Qibli in the rankings.
@erikoleson772 The problem with that is the arena won’t necessary be a jungle/forest. What if it’s a desert? What if it’s a frozen wasteland? If it was a frozen wasteland, Winter or Snowfall would probably win because THEY have expertise (not to mention they are incapable of freezing to death.). Similarly, if it was a desert, Qibli (or possibly Sunny) would win because they have expertise (not to mention they are incapable of burning to death.) Therefore, putting a dragon higher on “expertise” is not really something that you should do.
@@BlueW0F in the hunger games books it is mentioned that the arena is useally at least partially forrest, so there is firewood and the tributes don't just freeze to death.
@@BlueW0F the first, said by Haimitch during the prep time when he advises Katniss to make her own bow if she can't get one and she worries if there will be trees
If the no outside items includes their accessories, that would include Qiblis earring, Sundews pouches, Snowfalls jewelery, Tsunamis pearls, Crickets glasses, and all the Jade Winglets wolfskin pouches. This puts Cricket at a disadvantage
Realistically, cricket has no hivewing abilities, yes she's smart, but she's more book smart, unlike Qibli who's more street smart/ battle smart. What was she going to do anyway?
Well, if she had her glasses she may be able to survive the bloodbath, by getting away. If she doesn’t have her glasses 1. She couldn’t see the timer so she might step off on the wrong time, getting blown up to pieces 2. She may run in the wrong direction, making her food for the stronger tributes (Peril, Glory, Qibli etc.) 3. If she manages to get at least some sort of weapon, she can’t even begin trying to fight with it, because she can barely see her opponent 4. If she manages to run in the right direction, she’d probably smack her head on a tree and die of a concussion All in all, I’m not saying Cricket had a good chance in the first place, but without glasses she would be at the bottom, even lower than Blue.
These are very well put-together thoughts! I agree or mostly-agree with basically all of them. There's really one I mostly disagree with - Cricket! Here's my thoughts on that: have you considered she may not _need_ to fight to win? If anyone would have the knowledge to engineer a situation where her last remaining enemies, e.g., unintentionally poison themselves, it would be her with her plant-focused and extensive education - the other one who could probably do that is Sundew, but she doesn't _need_ to nor does she seem like the type to want to rely on subterfuge. Cricket's also read up on all sorts of other subjects, and may be able to construct traps or otherwise lure opponents into danger.
In my opinion, I think it’d be easier to see Peril from afar and land long distance attacks (if they didn’t disintegrate as soon as it touched her) because the whole arena is a forest and she could easily burn everything around her accidentally and gives off her location. But either than that, she can easily win with a death hug
JMA UPLOAD LETS GOOOOOOO. Amazing video, I was a bit worried you wouldn’t bring up the fact that Qibli has some good ideas of how to take down peril but I know you never forget when it comes to Qibli, great video can’t wait for the next
Loophole: Turtle enchanted HIMSELF to have scales as hard as DIAMONDS, so two options: 1. Land a fatal blow in his mouth/in his eye (Glory can maybe stick a magic death spit shot into Turtle’s eye. Or if not, they could actually just ambush him whilst sleeping. It may be a bit risky, but Qibli can stab him with his barb in Turtle’s mouth. I wouldn’t put it past him) 2. Find something strong enough to destroy diamonds (If Diamonds are placed in a 763 degree celcius area, they would simply vanish. A typical fire is around 600 - 800 degrees celcius. And I’m assuming some dragon’s fire *cough cough PERIL cough* would be even hotter. Therefore, I conclude that Peril can kill Turtle easily, and actually with enough firepower any dragon that can breath fire can evaporate his scales, leaving him vulnerable.) 3. Somehow deprive him of any water/food
I agree with this! It was great seeing you again JMA!!! I think Sundew would be a little higher on the list though like above turtle and even in the volunteer section!
I feel like Glory would bolt from the center, kill off someone like Tsunami a few hours later just as a "don't f*ck with me" and then just not be seen for the rest of the games... while strong contenders mysteriously melt every few days...
I'm curious about what Qibli's plan would be to defeat Tsunami and Turtle. Maybe if he was able to stock up and conceal enough fresh water from sponsors, he could find a way to poison the large bodies of water, so when Tsunami and Turtle breathed underwater, they would die, and maybe other tributes drinking from the water source would get poisoned. Although, that plan probably wouldn't be realistic since I don't think there would be a big enough source of poison to contaminate a whole lake.
for Turtle, even without any animus magic he still would stand a chance. He is still smart and resourceful and probably can get around for a while similar to what Starflight did, and 1. He is a seawing, he can swim, and Tsunami would be reluctant to attack him 2. He is extremely sneaky, as we have seen many times while he eavesdrops
YES JMA!!! I think the rankings are really good, except I think Moon would rank higher, because she is a good fighter as seen in book 15, and she would almost definitely have ~the messiah~ Qibli on her side, which is just a guaranteed win! I also think Turtle is a bit too high, as he isn’t a very skilled fighter, and I’m sure the right dragon, (Qibli) could subdue him easily. Also Sundew would DESTROY her competition, and is clever enough to not be talked into or out of something by Qibli, which I think only Glory and Moon can also do. Love the video, I should probably go read the Hunger Games now!
Something about moon though is that in moon rising it said she was good at hunting after having to feed herself in the rainforest the majority of her life. I remember a character pointing that out but I forgot which one it might have been Qibli.
I got another idea for how Turtle can go down, this is mostly specifically for Winter, Glory and Snowfall, In book four of Wings of Fire, Starflights father tells him that if a Rainwings venom gets into a dragons bloodstream they are dead, but that can't happen to Turtle, but he also said that if it gets into a dragons eyes they could die, i don't know if you would count Glory shooting venom into his eyes. And for Winter and Snowfall, they can simply breath ice down Turtles throat, like what happened to Battlewinner in book four.
Tbh I’d say sundew is volunteer. I mean she is capable of spreading the poison jungle across THE ENTIRE CONTINENT, in just a few weeks if not days. She just needs to find a part of the forest with a lot of deadly plants or just poisonous sap or something like that then GG, besides peril…
I Want To Make Some Changes, In my opinion Sunny goes into contenders as she is smart and fast making her able to at least survive and wait for others to do the killing. I think Turtle would be in S as there is nothing really in the list of competitors that can sicken or suffocate him besides Sundew who may stick a poisonous plant in his mouth while he's not looking and I hate to say it but Qibli against a dragon who kills people with TOUCH just would be too much and Peril would never make an alliance because she will not need it to win so Qibli would drop down a rank and the two Flamesilks (Blue & Luna) would go up a rank because being able to make an unlimited source of offense would be pretty good because a few others do not have that as Clay can only breath fire in specific moments and Sundew can only use her powers with some plants holding deadly potential in them
Thank you for taking the time to rank the dragons base on their abilities instead of using a generator. And thank you for amount of effort you put into these videos!
I'm pretty happy with how the list turned out. If I had to make a few changes I'd move Sundew above Turtle because she could use her leafspeak to restrain and strangle him which is pretty much the only way to take him out, I'd move Winter up next to Tsunami in bottom of Careers because of his sheer tenacity, and I would swap Luna and Starflight because he's still not much of a fighter
As usual, kudos to you for running a channel on WoF even though it's not so UA-cam-popular, I make vids on WoF too, and it's one of my fav series. Thanks for simply having this channel. I have a series of observations: 1. Tsunami should be in top tier, she only has one weakness, and it's that she's a bit reckless, but the thing is she's already violent, so noone would approach her. 2.Moon should be higher 'cause she is very deft and agile. 3. Turtle can't be above TSUNAMI! 4. With Blue, you said they'd be ready to kill if needed, so Blue's love for peace doesn't matter. 5. Snowfall isn't better than Tsunami, at least... well, I just wish Tsunami was higher
JMA this video was awesome. I love how you outlined rules and actually specified why you thought what you thought. This is why you’re my favourite UA-camr. ❤
*WOF - Hunger Games* Glory - Katniss Sunny - Rue Clay - Thresh Moonwatcher - Foxface Winter - Cato Blue - Peeta Qibli - Finnick Sundew - Johanna Starflight - Beetee Idk I just see a lot of similarities in this
I'd say Peril is far more Cato than Winter is. She's been training for combat her entire life, She fits the ruthless blood knight better, meanwhile Winter is just an angry boi whose bark is worse than his bite. Where Cato has a leg up on both of them is that he actually has pretty good social skills. Also Foxface and Moon? Yeah, no, she's WAY more cunning and malicious than Moon is. Qibli is a better fit for her.
@@pyronuke4768 from my memory, Foxface was pretty much all about just staying alive without getting noticed by anyone else. She took small amounts of food from people that they wouldn’t notice was gone so they wouldn’t suspect that someone was hiding nearby, and she didn’t make an effort to kill anyone herself. Her strategy was to stay hidden with enough resources to get by while everyone else slaughtered each other, and it worked so well because she was so smart at doing it. That doesn’t strike me as cunning or malicious. It sounds a lot like a strategy Moon would do. *“Stay secret. Stay hidden. Stay safe.”*
@@TrickyTalon23 foxface would also steal things and make it look like someone else took it. She was a master of sowing seeds of doubt and getting alliances to turn on themselves.
Omg, as soon as i saw this video, i grabbed my crochet hook and started watching. Did not disappoint. But 1 thing I would change is winter's place. Winter is a skilled fighter, and we see him wear peril out in book 8. Also, he has a very good memory and could easily memorize and make an accurate map of the field.
I've recently finished reading the whole book series for the first time (including Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) - the coincidence is unreal. Starflight being the dragon version of Foxface and Glory - the dragon version of Clove - were my highlights of the video. Qibli's quite tricky to find a comparison for, but I'd say he's a mix of Finnick and Peeta (the part of bending the audience's emotions). Cricket gives me off Rue vibes. In a hypothetical Career pack, I could see Sundew, Glory, Tsunami and Snowfall. Possibly Qibli & Moonwatcher as well. Sunny might team up with Starflight and Moonwatcher (if she won't get scooped by the Careers). Qibli could possibly join them up too. In summary, I'd see the WoF Hunger Games with two main teams and others scatterred either alone or in temporary pairs. Blue, I'm sorry, but if you aren't escaping the moment the game starts -- you'll die first.
I feel like Glory would not team up... it would make her easier to spot and she is not that trusting to begin with... she would be more likely to be a lone and extremely dangeros assasin...
@@enderskunk7644 I think that she might realize that she needs allies if she's going to take on Peril, so she might form a temporary alliance with Wither and Snowfall, who would pelt Peril with frostbreath, neutralizing her enough so that Glory could hit her with her venom and allowing the venom to get through the scales.
@@fionarodgers4806 I don't thinks she would need an alience for that, but if she made one, I think she would go for Clay, because she knows he is more likely to openly end the allience than just backstab her
honestly if rainwing venom does anything to peril she will still probably win, since if they dont kill her at the start she just runs the entire forest parts making the rainwings at a higher disadvantage while also helping her since she will be able to fly at lower parts easier
I have the theory that flamesilks are fully fire resistant, so thinking she could have an advantage, also talking she’ll probably still be immune to perils, saying that she could hold the sun silk and even burned through stone.
If Luna's sun silk can burn through stone, but Peril can walk on stone without burning it, that means sun silk is hotter. Peril is immune to the heat of her own scales, which are hotter than normal fire, but would she be able to be hurt or killed by something even hotter, like the sun silk? 🤔
Yes BUT Peril is a better fighter than Blue or Luna and flamesilk comes in strings and not that quickly so its not that usefull especially if the dragon is caught by surprise
@@DuskTheSpiderSilkWing Flamesilk SilkWings are only immune to their own Flamesilk and can be burned by normal dragon fire. And in book 8 Peril thinks about that her scales can't burn, so Flamesilk, Blaze Silk, OR Sunsilk would slip off her. and plus, even if Blue or Luna could hurt her, she's still a much better fighter. Probably the only way a Firescales can be killed by fire or lava or anything hot is if a fireproof scaled MudWing grabbed them, held their mouth open, and breathed fire down the Firescales throat, burning up their insides. Or if they somehow swallowed lava, they'd die quickly.
Yk I think I could make up an alliance that Qibli would make. I think the list would be -Qibli -Moon -Peril -Winter -Glory (if he played his cards right) -Turtle -And MAYBE Starflight I’d definitely think he would choose his winglet and maybe some of the dragonets of destiny. I can’t say any of the arc 3 characters bc I haven’t actually read those books, I’m only halfway through Turtle’s POV
Slight issues with the list: Sunny wouldn't just be cannon fodder, it's been shown she's been able to use her small size to outmanuver dragons in fights(book 2 Tsunami describes Sunny doing such) Snowfall would be a Volunteer considering peak would be gift of stealth and strength Moon would be less powerful due to Glory being resistant to mind reading, Winter Qibli and Turtle having skyfire, also she's been shown to hold her own in a fight(was able to do significant damage to Shapeshifter who also had super-strength) Winter and Snowfall also both have the serrated claws which supposedly are more dangerous Another thing to account for Glory's venom is that it actively corrodes living material at a stupid level of speed, she would probably win a match against peril by being able to camofluage and also doing most likely crippling damage to her wouldn't peak also include Darkstalker's scroll? If so who gets it Sundew's leafspeak is really good considering all the flora she uses as tools in book 11 (i.e knockout gas, antidotes) and also all the deadly plants in the poison jungle. It's unclear what hivewing features Cricket has(the wrist-stinger things? tail stinger? paralyzing posion or no?) Sunny could also theoretically use the eye of Onyx as a weapon by just throwing at dragons and having them get smited(based on the presumption that Eye of Onyx dictates the Sandwing Leader has to be a sandwing and a female) Turtle could possibly die to the magical death spit or being burned alive as the spell seems to only increase his durability Frostbreath is kind of insane with how it's portrayed as short exposure without treatment has shown to result in straight up dismemberment(remember Dune?), guaranteed death under normal circumstances(Queen Battlewinner) Clay also has the ability to kinda heal/buff from mud(book 1) but still lacks any meaningful combat cabilities since he's bad in actual hand to hand(claw to claw?) and how mudwing fire works Seawings are somewhat implied to heal in water(book 6 Pike mentions dragonflame cactus attacks) While unsure about Starflight since he didn't grow up with day/night cycle, Moon would have a serious advantage in the night considering visibility and that she's more awake around that time(which is also downside since less awake during day) Depending on envrionment, certain dragons could gain serious advantages like camofluage(dark areas, sand, mud, ice) benefical terrain(hot desert for sandwings, jungle/rainforrest for leafspeak, mountains regions for flight manvuarbility and dragonflame cacti, water for seawings)
Yes, Glory's venom would affect Peril but it would not kill her. It's canon that it quickly destroys matter, BUT. It takes five seconds to work, while Peril's heat destroys stuff instantly upon contact, so if she came into contact with Glory's venom in a nonfatal area she'd survive with minimal damage.
I love the fact that these characters are actually being ranked instead of being put in a generator❤ I also would love to see this with every character if possible❤
I have an idea for a video. You make an OC design contest and make a google form where they send you a photo or 2 of the art of the OC and make a small story line. You can make any other rules too. Then you can make a video of your top 15 by the story line and design not by how good the physical art really is. I just saw many of my other you tubers doing it so I thought you could too.
I'd personally put Sunny higher, why? Because she is one of the smartest dragons here. While Qibli is number 1 at getting others on his side Sunny is a close 2nd, the only reason people see her as weak is because her strengths weren't really explored, she was pretty much the side character of the DoD, but if we actually looked at her we can see just how much potential and unexplored strength she has. Both Tsunami and Glory have actually used some of her fighting techniques, Tsunami when Whirlpool was trying to kill her and Glory when escaping the NightWings, Sunny also bit Morrowseer's tail at its weakest point, something I'm pretty sure we see no one ever do again (Probs because Tui forgot but still.) Plus, dragons ALWAYS underestimate her and the only one who didn't was literally her own mother, the mother who made an entire fucking mafia just to find her, Thorn isn't going to put aside possibly hidden potential. Sunny's biggest downfall is her optimism, but by going with your rules where EVERYONE is actively TRYING to win I'm pretty sure she can put it to the side for this. I believe that if she played her cards right Sunny could easily make it to the top 5 if not top 3. Edit bc I forgot to put this in: The Eye of Onyx also didn't vaporize her when she touched it, meaning that she would be a good queen despite her being a hybrid, and since I'm pretty sure being a hybrid would make her be seen as a not good candite for the throne by the neckless it means she is probably making up for it by her non-genetic abilities alone. Sunny is criminally looked over for being "weak" by pretty much everyone, even Tui, but she is an incredibly smart and intelligent character who suffers from not being written that well and the Fanon stereotyping her as a ball of sunshine that will forget something if given something else to focus on even though she has proven that wrong. She is one if not of the most determined character we have seen in the series so far, she can get into the top three.

Yes and peril was able to burn the dragon bite viper venom out of clay so the fire is pretty strong
i think peril can control the heat of her firescales (for instance, she can walk fine on stone, but she was able to melt through metal for kestrel) so if she was caught off guard some venom might get through, but if she was prepared it likely wouldn't affect her unless it got in her eyes or mouth

I think that raining venom hard counters fire scales. We know that they do not have have super hot insides, from when Turtle threw the fish in Peril’s mouth to avoid burning it. So if a Rainwing were to spray venom into her eyes, I think it would kill her.
Oh boy. Merry Christmas I have some facts for you:
So yeah.
when you said "Glory is an absolute menace" I started chanting my favorite character's name: Glory
Random magical death spit dropping from obviously empty space above one.

i love how you didn't just use a shitty generator, you actually ranked their skills and abilities. although i do wish there was a little more focus on survival, survival skills and being in the "wilderness" is a big part.

Also, she has bumblebee.

If she doesn’t have her glasses
1. She couldn’t see the timer so she might step off on the wrong time, getting blown up to pieces
2. She may run in the wrong direction, making her food for the stronger tributes (Peril, Glory, Qibli etc.)
3. If she manages to get at least some sort of weapon, she can’t even begin trying to fight with it, because she can barely see her opponent
4. If she manages to run in the right direction, she’d probably smack her head on a tree and die of a concussion
All in all, I’m not saying Cricket had a good chance in the first place, but without glasses she would be at the bottom, even lower than Blue.
Thank you for combining two of my favorite things. 👍

When Glory came up I was waiting for him to say "Magical Death Spit" but he didn't and that just made me laugh when I thought that
I literally exploded when i saw that you uploded- this video is so epic!!!!
Hey why does that rhyme...... WHY DID I JUST DROP A BAR
Loophole: Turtle enchanted HIMSELF to have scales as hard as DIAMONDS, so two options:
1. I wouldn’t put it past him)
2. Therefore, I conclude that Peril can kill Turtle easily, and actually with enough firepower any dragon that can breath fire can evaporate his scales, leaving him vulnerable.)
3. Somehow deprive him of any water/food
Or they could strangle him.
@@LoneWolfLuna28 uhhhh yeah, I sort of forgot about that

but tsunami would just run in the water
@@Entity_x2 nah, Tsunami is not the type to run from a fight and there wouldn't be much fighting in the water

Not me waiting for the next graphic novel to come out then listening to this and it giving me spoilers to the next books-
I got another idea for how Turtle can go down, this is mostly specifically for Winter, Glory and Snowfall, In book four of Wings of Fire, Starflights father tells him that if a Rainwings venom gets into a dragons bloodstream they are dead, but that can't happen to Turtle, but he also said that if it gets into a dragons eyes they could die, i don't know if you would count Glory shooting venom into his eyes. And for Winter and Snowfall, they can simply breath ice down Turtles throat, like what happened to Battlewinner in book four.
Or Sundew could use vines to strangle him.
@@fionarodgers4806yes thats true
Holy ****, I was just thinking about this yesterday! Can you do a Riordan verse crossover next? Pretty please?

I have a series of observations:

Moonwatcher - Foxface
Winter - Cato
Blue - Peeta
Qibli - Finnick
Sundew - Johanna

Idk I just see a lot of similarities in this
I'd say Peril is far more Cato than Winter is.
JMA your th best I’m so glad you made a new video, the hunger games is one of my faves

I really enjoyed this video! It was amazing and very accurate. You thought of things that I definitely wouldn't have.
@@f1uffybuNnies4life Ikr! That’s why in the beginning I feel like flamesilks would dominate

I think the list would be
-Qibli
-Moon
-Peril
-Winter
-Glory (if he played his cards right)
-Turtle
-And MAYBE Starflight
I’d definitely think he would choose his winglet and maybe some of the dragonets of destiny. I can’t say any of the arc 3 characters bc I haven’t actually read those books, I’m only halfway through Turtle’s POV
Slight issues with the list:
Sunny wouldn't just be cannon fodder, it's been shown she's been able to use her small size to outmanuver dragons in fights(book 2 Tsunami describes Sunny doing such)
Snowfall would be a Volunteer considering peak would be gift of stealth and strength
Moon would be less powerful due to Glory being resistant to mind reading, Winter Qibli and Turtle having skyfire, also she's been shown to hold her own in a fight(was able to do significant damage to Shapeshifter who also had super-strength)
Winter and Snowfall also both have the serrated claws which supposedly are more dangerous
Another thing to account for Glory's venom is that it actively corrodes living material at a stupid level of speed, she would probably win a match against peril by being able to camofluage and also doing most likely crippling damage to her
wouldn't peak also include Darkstalker's scroll? If so who gets it
Sundew's leafspeak is really good considering all the flora she uses as tools in book 11 (i.e knockout gas, antidotes) and also all the deadly plants in the poison jungle.
It's unclear what hivewing features Cricket has(the wrist-stinger things? tail stinger? paralyzing posion or no?)
Sunny could also theoretically use the eye of Onyx as a weapon by just throwing at dragons and having them get smited(based on the presumption that Eye of Onyx dictates the Sandwing Leader has to be a sandwing and a female)
Turtle could possibly die to the magical death spit or being burned alive as the spell seems to only increase his durability
Frostbreath is kind of insane with how it's portrayed as short exposure without treatment has shown to result in straight up dismemberment(remember Dune?), guaranteed death under normal circumstances(Queen Battlewinner)
Clay also has the ability to kinda heal/buff from mud(book 1) but still lacks any meaningful combat cabilities since he's bad in actual hand to hand(claw to claw?) and how mudwing fire works
Seawings are somewhat implied to heal in water(book 6 Pike mentions dragonflame cactus attacks)
While unsure about Starflight since he didn't grow up with day/night cycle, Moon would have a serious advantage in the night considering visibility and that she's more awake around that time(which is also downside since less awake during day)
Depending on envrionment, certain dragons could gain serious advantages like camofluage(dark areas, sand, mud, ice) benefical terrain(hot desert for sandwings, jungle/rainforrest for leafspeak, mountains regions for flight manvuarbility and dragonflame cacti, water for seawings)
Clay does have claw to claw combat(Sorta)
He was about to kill Fjord if he wasn't hesitant
This is amazing! You should do one of those hunger games simulators and see who AI thinks should win! Keep it up!
Peril, Glory and Qibli. You could add Fantasy to that too if they were in Wings of Fire... 🤔
i would make turtle s tier because no one knows he can be suffocated and sickness is a hard weakness to exploit.

I LOVE THIS THANK YOU JMA FOR USING MY EMAIL!!!

What about Icicle having the gifts from the IceWing animuses
I'd personally put Sunny higher, why? Because she is one of the smartest dragons here. While Qibli is number 1 at getting others on his side Sunny is a close 2nd, the only reason people see her as weak is because her strengths weren't really explored, she was pretty much the side character of the DoD, but if we actually looked at her we can see just how much potential and unexplored strength she has. Both Tsunami and Glory have actually used some of her fighting techniques, Tsunami when Whirlpool was trying to kill her and Glory when escaping the NightWings, Sunny also bit Morrowseer's tail at its weakest point, something I'm pretty sure we see no one ever do again (Probs because Tui forgot but still.)
Plus, dragons ALWAYS underestimate her and the only one who didn't was literally her own mother, the mother who made an entire fucking mafia just to find her, Thorn isn't going to put aside possibly hidden potential.
She's actually so underrated
